I wanted to update my review with experiences I specifically have at this store (excellent in the past 6 months) but leave some of the corporate feedback below. The employees here really go above and beyond to help the community which I haven’t experienced when I lived other places and shopped at tscHowever, anytime I need something from corporate, it takes at least three phone calls to resolve things like the system creating multiple accounts in my name (still unresolved), or unresolved things like not getting 3% back on vet bills and not being able to find someone to correct it. 90% of the people Ive encountered have been extremely responsive and polite, but I just spend so much time on things related to account errors and issues with credit card rewards

Good place, lots of stuff from clothes to pet food. They also have cute decorations. And of course the best part is seeing the little baby chicks. Just the sweetest!

More than one staff member asked if I was finding everything ok and I took one of them up on their offer and he took me right to what I was looking for. Store was very clean and well arranged and stocked. I will visit them again.

Fence Post okay, service at this store is very poor. Purchased a fence post and it is okay, nothing special. Service at this location is very poor. Took 45 minutes after paying for the post to get the bundle broken. Five customers were waiting for an employee to open the yard gate to obtain the items they purchased. Customers had to request refunds on the products before an employee opened the gate. Employee used bolt cutter to break the band on posts as no posts were available except the ones banded together. Employee failed to use the correct tool for the job. Once the bundle had one band broken, employee could not or would not break both bundle bands. Customer had to struggle to pull out a post and then restack the posts that did slide around to prevent falling and creating a trip hazard.FORTY FIVE minutes from purchasing the post until the post was made available for the senior citizen to pull post from the partially broken open stack. Then customer had to manually carry the post to their vehicle in parking lot. This review is specific to the store here Tractor Supply Store as this is the normal behavior of the service at the store. Purchased from multiple TSC stores in several states and stores, this level of service does not exist at other stores, but is normal at this store. If in a hurry, drive to another town and make the purchase. I suggest either correct the behaviors at this store or close the store.This review was written and submitted to Tractor Supply for publication. Tractor Supply's response was: "...Your review cannot be approved because it: customer service focused." Submit something new... Sort of says it all, as far as Tractor Supply's commitment to customer service.

Mostly stocked.. some sections have more inventory on the overstock shelves than the actual display.. little bit of overhead shopping and I'm all set.. knowledgeable staff, very friendly

Great store got all of my chickens there and three lived out four.I’m sad one died but the worker helped us a lot and answered a lot of are questions about chickens because we were first time chicken owners.My Father has also gotten tractor implements. He got a box blade and it has held up very well. I hope to get more chicks next year. This is a very nice store.

They are all right .if a worker tells you to bring something back to exchange it .they don't let you do it .even though store manager told you bring it back .like pants is to small .they won't let you exchange them .even though they are new .without receipt .they will give you a hard time .if a young woman is in there acting as store manager .

Handy to have in town but only so so customer service. I went to buy a sale item and the last one in stock had parts stolen from the box, asked if they could order one or give a rain check, they didn't want to do either one so I bought it it from a different vendor. Best thing they have going for them is there convenient to get to in my town

Well stocked hardware / farm / garden store. I could browse for hours looking at things I did not even know where available. Got some great garden ideas to share with the wife for approval. Listed some supplies that I need measurements for next trip back.Helpful staff, plenty of convenient parking. Clean store. No wait at register.

This visit was an excellent visit. I found exactly what was needed. We were greeted when we walked in. The store was in great shape. Clean and nice. Had to wait a few minutes to check out because they were a little short staff.

Been here plenty of times, but today, Keith earned the actual review.He's only been there 3 weeks, but knows how to look for stuff, and even found me some goat hoof clippers that the other associates said they didn't have.He even managed to upsell me on some stuff.If you're reading this Keith, congratulations on earning the most well deserved 5 star review I've ever given!

They have lost the ability to perform customer service, Went in and bought 150lb of chicken food. Asked for help loading and was told they were too busy. Ok too busy for my $$$ too I guess.

Nice store good people, the reason I am editing my review in 2020 is the hardware selection has become terrible I hope someone from corporate sees this and can help. Please please fix the nuts and bolts section, there are companies that specialize in stocking this sort of thing for you.

Don’t buy their incubator. You can get it 40 dollars cheaper on Amazon. Its 170 at tractor supply which is crazy to start but they don’t include batteries for the light in the box and a turkey Baster for the fill holes. For 170 I should get the full set up.
