Great atmosphere ! The place is clean and they always have some cute clothes for your pets. Prices vary. They had some cute costumes for Halloween. Got to play around with some. I posted my baby below !! The customer service is great !!

Went here for a year. Never had an issue other than ppl were short… but that happens these days! 12/2 groomer (was suppose to be Logan) manager says it was Logan. We picked up 1 dog with shaver burns.. would not stop shaking, crying for a day. An er vet visit had to be made. She love being brushed, groom & now if she hears any noise she shakes uncontrollably. 2 dog went for ONLY a bath. She received a “summer” cut in 12 degree weather. 3rd dog (thank goodness) did not need to be groomed at this time. Spoke to manger 12/4 promised a refund. Spoke to assistant manager 2/11 wanted to refund vet bills too. I told here that was not necessary.… she said she would call back in an hr or 2… nothing. It is 2/14 & nothing. When I called today, Betsy was so rude & acted like I was bothering her when I asked to speak to the manager over grooming. I wish I would have had warning of how ppl were here. When you you only drop dogs off… you just think they are busy. I just got a puppy & I would never trust this store again. Maybe if accountability happened… mistakes happen. But blowing ppl off after you offer a refund. I never asked for. I just wanted to know what happened. I had to post because I can’t be the only one this has happened to. Waiting on the district manager to call… honestly atp IM OVER it.

They were out of the ear medicine that I wanted. The manager, I guess she is, called Tractor Supply, the Company that also owns Petsense, they had the medicine and surprise is was several dollars cheaper! What's up with that?

Great place. I highly recommend.They’ve got about anything you need for your furbabys. Good selections. As well as a discount isle at times. The people working here are helpful ,you looking for something other places don’t have ,they’ve probably got it ..

Drove 30 miles yesterday to purchase a bearded dragon from this location. Store manager Lisa was beyond helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with the setup and everything I needed for my new pet. Her knowledge of this pet blowed me away. Her attitude and customer service skills are unmatched! Thanks again Lisa! I also loved the organization and cleanliness of this store. Will definitely visit this location for all my pet needs!

They do great work but unless you have an appointment with them you cant get in for nails being clipped for your dogs. I rather take my business to pet vet for everything. Least theyre open reliable hours and not just 10-2pm and sometimes not even til 2. Sometimes they go home at 1 or 130 if theres no appointments made that day

Great variety of higher quality pet foods and supplies you can't get at Walmart or Food Lion but don't have to go out of town. Staff is always helpful and kind. Love shopping and supporting this business.

I bought an automatic litter box about a month ago. Works great so I stopped yesterday and picked up some refills for it. The saleswoman was very helpful and very polite. Will return again soon for all my pets needs

I was texted by Sam and she told me that my dog was her ONLY appointment yesterday that she was having issues with her pregnancy and wanted to know when I would be coming in . She was hinting around for me to cancel my appointment. So I gave her what she wanted . She didn't apologize when I replied to her she just I guess went about her day . SMH . I will be finding a different person to bathe my baby. She DIDN'T even text me back to say thank you for cancelling . She just didn't reply back at all. She ignored my text. That is NO way to run a business especially if you want to make money. Apparently she is RICH and don't need money whatsoever.

The cashier helped me pick.out a dog food for my puppy that's stopped eating everything I give him. He's not sick, just picky. She also took my heavy bag to the car for me. I'll go back. She was very nice

Great to support a locally owned business. Prices a bit elevated I was able to get fish food for less than half the price at the big box retailer up the street but hey..its ok to support local businesses anytime.

We used the groomers to get our 1 year old borzoi/poodle mix groomed. This is a giant dog but light weight with long slightly curly hair that had begun matting. The groomer handled it without a problem and Korra is all the happier for it. Clean place with a helpful staff. Decent selection for the smallish size of the building.

Had a sick cat, Vet searched him and listened to his heart, lungs, belly and found he had a fever. He gave him a couple of shots and my cat was eating better and back to his demanding self in no time. When you are traveling it is a great day to find a Vet that cares and doesn't charge a fortune. Thanks

I TOOK MY DOG AT 11:30 AM TO GET GROOM AND BECAUSE HE HAD A APPOINTMENT AND ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES PUT ANOTHER CUSTOMER DOG IN FRONT OF MY DOG SO THE CUSTOMER THAT DID NOT HAVE A APPOINTMENT DOG TOO GET GROOM THAN THE GROOMER DID NOT FINSH UNTIL 5:30 PM AND THE YOUNG LADY THAT GROOMS HAVE A NASTY ATTITUDE THAN THE GROOMER THAT WAS GROOMING MY DOG SAID THE OTHER EMPLOYEE TOLD HIM TO CHARGE US HARD TOO HANDLE FEE WHEN ME AND MY BOY FRIEND HAD TO HOLD THE DOG TO GET GROOM HOW YOU TRYING TO CHARGE US BECAUSE WE HELP YOU WITH OUR DOG AND WE BEEN TAKING OUR DOG THERE AND WE HAD NO PROBLEM WHEN LOGAN WAS WORKING THERE LOGAN ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES SAID YOU WAS ABUSIVE TO THE DOGS THAT WHY YOU ARE NOT THERE ANY MORE I had a bad experience today other rhe Manger is nice but the grommets are bad !!

Best place for friendly advice on dogs and cats. They also have a ton of fish supplies. The food variety is the best in the area for special need cats and dogs! Check the sales paper for special deals. They offer grooming but I've only used them once. If you check the front of the store, they put sales items near the door. Every now and then they will have cats for adoption. I haven't seen any lately. Probably due to covid. Easy place to find, right next to McDonald's. Also every 10th bag of food is free if you sign up!

Definitely competition in our small world against the bigger stores in the near by cities. Food, toys, grooming,beds and treats. Oh don't forget the floor uhoh cleaner or the kitty litter scoop. It's here don't waste gas to go out of town.

Seems like I'm not the only person to say this...I called to make an appointment to have my dog groomed and the groomer was really hateful. You all should do something about this...I won't be returning.

Sign says all customers AND team members must wear a mask. They even offer free masks. Nobody working in the store was following the store rules. Very disappointing.
