I have been to this Lowes 50+ times while my home is under construction and have had nothing but above board experiences. Shawn, Marty, Mark, young lady in the door area, the General Manager, and a few others whose names I cant remember were all nice. While recommending their credit card, everyone gave me an inside look at the benefits of having it. Everyone has made me feel welcome.

Y’all ain’t nothing how you going wait to this man comes in at 9pm then yall tell him he was supposed to work 5-10 but tell him he got to stay because yall people can’t come to work like it’s not his fault that he didn’t know he was supposed to work 5-10 because yall didn’t call or text this man but can call him to come in on his day off like yall need to do better 💯💯

Last week I went to Lowes to get lumber for my deck. I met a gentleman named Ethan. Ethan was very polite, and helped me find just what I needed for my project. He helped me load it in my truck. So now when I go to Lowes, I will always look for Ethan. Thanks Ethan for being you!!

I'm having to edit my review because of my most recent trip. I wanted to purchase a Stained Bird Bath. They only had 1 of those left, in the stained color, and they only had that 1 left because it had a huge chunk missing. I asked the customer service desk if they could give a discount since it was damaged. I was willing to stain the chunk that was missing if they would reduce the price. It was $49.98. They told me the Manager would give 5% Off, which is only $2.50 off the original price. I wanted 20% Off, or at least 15% Off, as I could have used my Lowe's to receive an additional 5% Off. So I don't think 15% Off was a bad deal. 5% isn't worth my time to try & fix the missing chunk. Very disappointing.

I ordered a pond liner from this lowes was supposed to be here on the eleventh delivered by fedex and that’s a whole story on its own was told it should be there by four o’clock was finally delivered at 7:30 which was the eleventh but not able to get it yesterday. So I called this morning to see when I could pick it up said it had to be scanned in should take a couple of hours so almost four hours later still hadn’t received a call for pick up. Talked to manager said it would be ready when I got there to pick up. Thirty minutes later when I get there went to service desk girl goes in computer said it had to be scanned in so after several minutes it was already up front right behind her. Terrible service nobody knows what there doing. I will definitely not be going back there again.

Great prices on Christmas decorations and gifts. Very organized and easy to find what you want. If you didn't find it on your own easy access to staff. Checkout lines were short and the cashier was very friendly and helpful.

Has Lowe’s become a self serve store? I’ve spent a lot of money at store 2210 and it upsets me to no end that when you go in get what you need and have to check yourself out while there are 3 or 4 employees standing there watching you. I was thinking about buying a new hot water tank there but I’d probably have to go get it out of inventory and carry it to the front so I can check myself out. The Mebane store is the same, I’d say they probably all are. I’m going to go check out Home Depot and see how they operate.

Always clean and good customer service. Huge plant selection right now. The store is always stocked. Love using the app as it tells you what aisle items are on.Today, we went for purple power, and although they do not carry that brand, the very nice associate helped us with another brand.

Over the few years I've lived here, I've been to Lowe's a few times.Albeit I've never had a poor experience, there were 3 employees that we're awesome!Our trip started with plumbing because why wouldn't a pipe burst under the house. I've seen him mentioned here before, but Don exceeded any expectations I've ever had for the plumbing aisle. Helped diagnose the problem, offered a recommendation and made sure I had all the tools to get the job done!Then my dad was looking for something for an unusual application and we ended up in building supplies. I didn't get their names, but the first guy showed him a solution that was almost perfect then found us a guy that would be a little better at solving our particular problem.This guy wanted to find us something to fix our problem and visibly wanted to find us the piece for the job.I haven't gotten that type of service from many brick and mortar retailers over the years, and as a former area sales manager for a rather large retailer of specific items, it restored my hope in brick and mortar retail.Don hasn't moved here yet, but is working on it, so I'll have to copy/paste this to Google so he'll see it. But he is awesome.The other 2 gentlemen were also amazing and greatly appreciated by showing they actually cared about finding us a solution.

Liliana gave me horrible customer service and I feel I have to report it. She did a poor job helping the elderly associate who was helping my brother in law initially, then when she entered incorrect info for his card, she got me into the loop.I called her to help everything go through and she told me to call the Credit Center. I did that and they told me the card was fine and there was incorrect info entered and my card was fine. I called back within 5 minutes to speak with her, but she had left and when I tried to transfer over to her she said that she she was busy and didn’t want to deal with it. They put me on hold and hung up on me. I had to call back again.Luckily Eddie was able to help complete the transaction, which should have been simple from the start.

Easy to navigate. Help when ask for. Awesome help today with James in appliances. Plenty of varieties in lawn and garden. Well stocked today. Same as always. Except no service at cash registers.... they need one at all times. Always. Still need service at cash register. Still need cash register open. Manager needs to be more open to this. Good today had cashier on duty. Thank you.

Poor customer service and not people if their word.I purchased an appliance package with a promotional discount. The fridge was dented and was offered a discount for the item from the fulfillment store. I have called and spoke with the manager of the fulfillment store, who was awful about the issue. He investigated the issue to find that I was due the refunded amount, but two weeks later I have not received the refund. Now no one answers or returns my calls.

Everyone there is really friendly and helpful! I went to pick up a few things today and one of the guys was extremely wonderful in helping me pick out my items. (Although, I'm sure he got a kick of trying to put my items in my little car! But we did it.)Although, there was one supervisor or customer service representative that was less than helpful (not really sure what his position is), as he was EXTREMELY insistent on having the 2 guys helping me put on other tasks... The guy helping me was asking the other guy questions about items in store to make sure I was getting the correct & desired items when the supervisor/customer service rep was calling them both over from the counter 30ft or so away...Will I be back? Absolutely! Will I deal with that guy? Absolutely not as I found him rude and needs a few lessons in customer service. -1 star because of him!

The employees are kind and the store is clean. This used to be my go to store but I've changed locations and go to ones in Durham now. The staff here is polite and always willing to help. Kindness to them can go a long way. The store is always clean and so were the restrooms, which is a huge bonus.

Met an amazing employee, Don. He not only knew what I needed but showed me how to fix my tub. I had a lot of questions and he was so nice and polite and patient and answered all my questions. Don is a great example of a great employee. 👍

I purchased a length of log chain, it was 25 feet for about $75. There was also a short piece that was already cut, about 10 feet. I offered to buy it if they gave me a deal, but the girl who waited on me refused. She said she would absolutely not offer me a discount at all. Kind of surprised me because I have been offered deals before.

Don’t trust the reps. The Lowes rep for doors tried to convince me that my measurements on my house were wrong and I needed to buy an expensive custom-made door. She insisted even after I measured right next to her. Would have been $2000 but I went to my own contractor and got it done for $300.

Just wanted to post this 5 star review for one of the associates in the plumbing department at the Roxboro NC Lowes. His name is Don and he went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed for our project. He genuinely cared and made us feel important. I have never encounter another associate in Lowes that was as good at his/her job than he is. I hope the store manager reads this and gives him the recognition that he deserves because it’s service like that, that makes a difference. So few places now, have employee’s that really honestly care about their job and the business.Thanks Don for your service to our county and for helping out all us DIY’ers!!! You make this world a better place!

Lots to see! Went in for a bulb that unfortunately is hard to fine but, assistance was just around the corner which usually is hard to find. That was a refreshing experience and hope it continues there and all stores to keep down the stress and rudeness but open hearts 💕 of happiness regardless.. The bulb didn't work 😕 but, was informed it could be returned! Sweet! Merry Christmas LOWE'S. See you again soon...
