My husband and I visited this foodlion for the first time this evening. Their meat prices were great I bought a 10 lb spiral ham for $12 less than half it's original price. I got ground chuck for less than $4 per pound. Lot's of items were buy one get one free. There were plenty of registers open for checkout no lines at all.

Worst experiences grocery shopping ever. I left my card in the car, told my cashier so and went to my car to get my card. It was sort of busy so I came back in and waited patiently for it to slow down. As I was standing there, the cashier out of nowhere told me that I couldn't just walk out the door with my groceries which I would NEVER. Two cashier's then started getting an attitude with me. My cashier then started crying and the other one started speaking to me like I wouldn't speak to anyone, especially a customer. As a former Food Lion cashier, I can't imagine talking to a customer how I was spoke to. On top of that they went to get the manager because there was an issue getting my order back and said manager had no clue what to do. This was back in June and I have not been back to this store since.

Convenient location near other establishments. Lines at checkout are short and the cashiers are very friendly! They sell kitchen appliances, newspapers, gift cards, magazines and food!

I had the best experience in the bakery department- from the time I called to place an order for my daughter's birthday cake, to picking up my order! Angel was so pleasant and so helpful and just made the process so easy for me! Very pleased!! :)

I always find what I'm looking for and a little more. The prices seem to remain the same as others, not jacked up because of the location. The employees are always friendly and don't treat you any different. You can also pick up a souvenir or two. Shirts or hats. Not to mention the dollar tree is next door. Compliment your groceries with other things. Really a one stop shop over there.

I did my weekly shopping. Was able to get everything on my list and then some. I thought that my bill would be high, but I had saved a lot with the foodlion MVP Card. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was very crowded but that is not surprising the weekend before Thanksgiving. The store was very clean and well stocked except for rotisserie chickens. There were plenty of carts and the staff was helpful and friendly.

This is a good grocery store. The people are always polite and helpful. There are always adequate cashiers . The best thing is the shelves are usually fully stocked. I also can find what I'm looking for.

Very nice Food Lion. They have one of the better produce departments at this location. They also have updated there checkout to have self checkout lanes.

The staff are always friendly and almost all of them greet you no matter where you are in the store. The store is always clean and smells fresh. Restrooms always clean and smells like good air freshener. Definitely a good place to grocery shop

People at this Food Lion is always like visiting hometown. They are friendly and helpful. We experience often for shortages and have certain things ever since the pandemic started that we often can't find but still don't mind shopping here.

They were out of my baby's formula last week so I asked the cashier if there was any substitute for it that they carried because this is during a shortage and they were the second foodlion in our area I'd gone to looking. All he said was that he didn't know....he wouldn't even go look behind the counter to see because he'd just walked the whole 10ft there and back to find they didn't have my first option! So thanks to his laziness I had to then go to a third store (walmart) right at closing to find my baby some formula so that she could eat like humans are supposed to!!

This food lion is always clean, stocked as good as they can (covid has delayed them getting stuff). Staff is always nice and ready to help. When you need to buy in bulk they are ready to help too.

They are currently offering the free grocery giveaway. On the Food Lion website it clearly states, no purchase necessary. There's even instructions on what to do with your card to be entered if you aren't making a purchase. Robin at customer service proceeded to tell me that their store "isn't participating in that" and that I have to buy 5 items on the list to see if I won. She even told me "I just called the manager of the Food Lion down the road and they aren't doing it either so...." The only Manager on duty was Eric, the grocery manager. He was less than helpful but didn't have an attitude and somewhat understood where I was coming from. Robin even told me that they don't issue gift cards for this promotion when I know they do. I explained to her that it had been all over Facebook and that the official rules were clear. She said that they don't go by social media so that's when I offered the official rules page. Again, she said they aren't participating. Needless to say, Robin is beyond rude and all Food Lion establishments should honor what is posted on the company's website. Customer service at its finest for sure.

I love shop and earn, but it hardly ever works correctly for me, I'm a very loyal shopper still but it would be nice to receive the rewards sometimes. 😒

Not stocked well ..prices have gone up since the "remodel "...wish we had a publix ohh and how come there's never mangers special stickers on the meat like all the other foodlions...also the deli is terrible..can't even make sandwiches or cut meat correctly

Always good experience for most parts but they having alot of stock issues (as I'm sure alot of businesses are so I can't really blame it all on one particular store) I go least 3/4 times if not more weekly,it's my local grocery store

Always a great place to grocery shop I live close so I go daily to get what I need. Best food lion in Roxboro friendly Customer SERVICE . I just enjoy going every day all staff know me maybe not by name but always so friendly. Also prices are good with your MVP card save a lot. Thanks Food Lion

Either Food Lion I go to the staff is great & gets check out done as rapidly & correct. Though they both carry about the same items the Durham Rd Food Lion carries some higher end products. Both are my choice for groceries. Food Lion is the best IMHO

Had nothing in stock. And I don't mean just a few items or certain brands. I mean like they were completely out of so many items and brands. Then I had to bag and put all my groceries in my cart. She was done ringing me up and everything and as I was putting money up she just stood there as 4 bags just sat. This happens almost all the time I go there. She stood there and watched me do her job.

They usually have a pretty decent selection, even with the problems due to shortages. Also the pharmacy is a non-profit, so the medicine costs are usually pretty low on the GoodRx app (if you even need it, because it may cost them $30+ to use it while you save $0.25).

It was nice but I wish they CARRIED Applegate products in the family size package of deli meats. and frozen grass feed in a larger package. And chicken that is pasture raised not free rang or cage free not the same thing. Thanks
