Better train your employees about refunding a winning lottery ticket. We been cashing $500 scratch ticket from this store for awhile. Today, my husband won$500 and they did the transaction and the employee said ill give you the cash if you buy worth $100 scratch ticket. My husband cancelled it and went to the other store and when they scanned his ticket they said that he already redeemed the money so we went back to this store to fix it and the employee talked to a supervisor on the phone and said they dont cash $500 winning ticket and gave my husband a $100 cash and $400 money order. This is so wrong! Talked to other store about this incident and they said the same thing

I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone. The cashier, who was an older Caucasian women w/glasses, was extremely rude. She immediately caught an attitude w/me when the card reader wouldn’t scan my rewards card and then she shoved my hand away from the card reader as I was attempting to scan it!! It’s really sad that there’s all of these people out here that need jobs and customers have to deal w/a disrespectful employee such as this one. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

I purchased $160 worth of lottery tickets here and won but when I went to cash them I was told that two of my tickets weren’t activated. I paid for them but obviously they weren’t scanned. Went back to cash in the rest and they didn’t have enough money to cash but $50 and they were very rude and nasty when asked to get a name of the manager. Very rude manner and spoke to me very nasty in front of several customers. They didn’t resolve my problem so now I have to drive back here in the morning which is another hour drive to try and resolve this. After I get this resolved I will never step foot back in this store again. I’ve never been treated so badly. 100%Lack of good customer service skills on the cashier April’s part.

I use to live this store and still do but some of the workers have no respect, the younger generation. I believe they need to have a change of staff cause there new staff is rude. I will make it higher in stars when the problem is resolved. Love the older crowd that is still there but not many of the younger staff may 2 of 10 out of the younger staff.

*Filthy*, That's the only word to describe what I saw... *Disgusting*, That is the word to describe the coffee.. I stopped here for one thing and one thing only. A cup of Coffee. I was weary about even getting any when I saw how disgusting and filthy the entire coffee counter was. It was awful from top to bottom. I don't think anyone has passed a hot wet rag or sterile cleaner over it in years, or ever! We're talking caked on layers of gunk and goop everywhere. At this point someone needs to go at it with a scraper to get down to the actual surface. Then they can clean it. I cant believe that food is also prepared and cooked by the same people who cant even wipe down a coffee counter. No way in Hell I'd eat anything out of this place. Ok back to the coffee.. It was horrid! It had a film floating at the top of the cup and smelled like some sort of chemical. Someone from the health department needs to drop in on this place quickly before someone gets sick.

The roof has been leaking (on stock) for months. Often times (if stocked at all) the hot case is full of hotdogs/burgers/wings/wedges and such that have sat for 2 or more days. The hot case also does not store ANY of the food at a safe temperature. EVER. Covid precautions are almost nonexistent here.The sanitation grade is an outdated forgery. If given a legitimate/surprise inspection, they would fail miserably. Im talking a sanitation score less than 30.

DO NOT come here if you’re in a hurry!! They’re super slow. Staff carries on conversations with customers and the guy on the register, didn’t know how to open it and once he got my change, he stood there looking at it and had to count it twice. Don’t care if it’s the cheapest gas around, I’m not coming back here.

Got to store at like 4:20 a.m. ended up standing in line for over 20 minutes while they try to fix the computer evidently this is not the first time this has happened supposedly corporate has been told about the computer problem and has not fixed it worst store possible to go to if you trying to use credit card or cash didn't work some of us have to be at work we don't get to the stand around and do nothing and get paid for it

My experience today with the lady at the register had a really bad attuide telling me it's the customers fault she don't know how to fix a gas pump that don't work fire her get a not so salty manager when I call them out they hate the truth because the truth hurts watch I'm going to the owner about your store Ms Manager u aren't going to tell me it's my fault or anyone else with having to deal with your selfish negative attuide

The management needs changed. Slow service. Pumps are way to slow or they don't work. Employees stand around talking instead of waiting on customers.

Great store with cool cashiers. I buy gas here often. Quality fuel and usually the cheapest in town. Great food here too.
