Wonderful business but the employees needs to work on there attitude with customers.Last time I was there which was just a couple of days ago there was 2 employees there neither one was greeting customers as they was coming in. Every dollar general in person county i have been in within the past couple of weeks the employees was greeting every customer that walked in.Employees would say welcome to dollar general and hope u find everything you need if u need help just ask and one of us (employees)will help..Dollar general in Timberlake NC is the best dollar general that we have in person county.Rick is the manger of dollar general in Timberlake nc, Rick has made that store one of the best customers service store out of 4 stores we have in Roxboro..One thing I can say RICK THE MANGER OF TIMBERLAKE DOLLAR GENERAL HAS TRAINED HIS EMPLOYEES REAL GREAT.. EXAMPLE I HAVE BEEN IN THERE AND SEEN RICK TREATS HIS EMPLOYEES WITH RESPECT ...JUST LIKE HE WOULD WON'T THEM TO TREAT HIM AND HIS CUSTOMERS ...WISH EVERY STORE WAS LIKE THAT ONE BUT EVER MANGER IS DIFFERENT.. MANGERS NEED TO GIVE THERE EMPLOYEES RESPECT JUST LIKE THEY WOULD WON'T THE SAME RESPECT BACK ..

I am standing outside the dollar general with ten minutes to run in and run out.. here is the picture of the door.. LOCKED UP...I go online & it says CLOSES SOON... now you tell me HOW THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE OK.. Management allows this, I assume??? Keep building more but your staff locks up and runs your store this way... Do Better...MADISON BLVD.

I shop here all the time for convenience on the way home and usually always have what I need. However for as busy as they are and their location in our town, they should take more care of the outside. There is always trash in the parking lots and garbage can overflow outside. It really looks terrible on the outside.

Like the new lay out of the store and the cleanliness. Since they remodeled. Just gotta get use to finding where they moved everything. I had it figured out until the remodel. But I do like everything going in the same direction.

Great place for last minute shopping for your basic grocery items especially if you don't want to put up with the hustle and bustle of the larger local stores. In and out quick.

There's one within walking distance of my home. It' convient the prices are reasonable and they have almost all the basic needs groceries included.

I visited Wendy's in Mebane and I had not eaten there in awhile I ordered single with cheese and fries it was delicious I ate it all yes I will definitely return

Set up differently than other DG's I have been in but staff was helpful in locating items. Store is clean.

I usually find really good deals and all the employees are friendly. The only issue is that it's usually pretty cluttered in don't of the aisles.

Even if you're going in for one item, always look around. Never can tell what you may find. Prices are competitive with big stores.

Dirty ! No organization ! Somebody not cleaning and taking care of that location. Manager not doing there job ! I don't care when or what day you go in there it looks the same ! Torn up ! Even the floor nasty !

Don't even think about asking for help from a sales clerk Everytime I have been in here most of them have a bad attitude and you can tell they don't want to be there .not pleasant people nor are they helpful .it's like they don't have time .just get you in and out they don't seem to care
