I think that customers need to be told to circle the building if their prescription(s) aren’t ready! It makes no sense to have the car at the window waiting when you can keep the line moving efficiently by simply saying can you circle the building while I help the next customer. Things would run so much smoother.

I had a prescription to pick up at this location. I called and they said it will be ready at 1:23 PM. I drove 35 minutes to get there. I got there before 1:30 but I had to wait in line. The drive-through was closed by the time I got up to the front. The receptionist said that it was 1:33 PM and they were closed until 2 PM. I tried to explain, but they were very unhelpful and extremely rude and told me that I would just have to sit around for 30 minutes until they got off their lunch break. Definitely would not recommend getting prescriptions filled at this location.

Usually have no problem getting my rx. The store offers a lot of different things. From makeup, skincare, food, drinks, decorations ( can be a little pricey ) etc. They are also starting to expand where you have more options to choose from. Keeps the store clean and organized. The membership they offer is great. So definitely take advantage.

My dad went through the pharmacy drive-thru today and the tech was very rude and nasty he's 80 years old they should have patience for elderly people I reported it to the store manager and also going to report it to corporate. If the tech don't like his or her job they need to find one that's suitable for them.

I am so thankful for the ladies working in the pharmacy today, 1/19/2023, around 6 pm. I walked in with a request for a specific medication that food lion across the street was out of stock. It was my mom’s important medicine needed asap as she had been released from hospital earlier that afternoon. Without hesitation, they called across the street for rx to be sent over and filled it immediately. I am thankful for their kindness!!!

The last several times I've shopped here or gone to get my prescriptions have been awful experiences. Generally the people up at the front of the store are friendly and greet you when you come in. However the pharmacists here are often rude and short when you use the drive through. The intercom is nearly impossible to hear, even with your engine shut off and they always take 5 minutes to come to the window. The last three times I've gone to the drive through to get my script there has been no less than 6 cars ahead of me and after 20 minutes with no movement each time I left. The final straw was today I went inside to get my script and the pharmacist had her mask hanging off her face as she checked me out. This location tests for covid and I'm supposed to feel safe with the pharmacist not even taking CDC safety guidelines seriously? Needless to say I immediately went to Walgreens and had my scripts transferred over. I will not be coming back.

I was in cvs today .you always could use the bath room to wash hands or wipe sweet of your face .when you walk down to cvs .a associate told me that I can't use it now .they use to have men's and womens bathroom .now it only have womens no more mens .I went in there and wash my hands after wiping my sweet .then had to wait for drugs .I went back in there and wiped my sweet off before I left .that is when Terry employe said you can't use bathroom no more .I told Terry I got to go by. I was walking got drug for a lady that I am taking care of .I am thinking about changing .after that . allison.always let me use the bathroom.

This pharmacy must be one of the worse pharmacy's I've had to call. I've been waiting for the past 30 minutes (and counting) to get a prescription transferred there. I don't understand why it takes so long for them to do their job. Other than that when you go into the store they aren't half bad when it comes to being nice and understanding. But god forbid you call them.

Worst treatment at the pharmacy today. The tech was rude and refused to take a GoodRx coupon, even though CVS is contractually obligated to take their coupons. She wanted to use a different discount program. I reported this location to GoodRx and spoke with CVS Pharmacy corporate office. Now they're claiming the coupon is invalid, even though I had it confirmed with GoodRx. They have lost my families business! All prescriptions will be transferred and we will never shop there again!

I understand the pharmacy business can be exhausting and dealing with the public (people who are often ignorant to things like insurance coverage, rules and regulations etc) is challening but, I have never been to a pharmacy that is as unpleasant to deal with as CVS in Roxboro. The only reason I chose to give two stars is because I spoke to a Pharmacy manager who really did take the time to listen to me after I'd reached tears after dealing with Kendra. I've taken a medication that is considered a controlled substance for almost 15 years. There are rules and regulations regarding refills, that i am well-aware. When the time came for me to request a refill, my doctor sent the request originally to Walgreens (which is where i always prefer to have things filled due to SO many negative experiences with CVS). Walgreens contacted me to let me know they were unfortunately out of this medicine but, could contact my doctor to send it to another local pharmacy. This was handled and once it was transferred I gave it some time and called the next day to check in. I was told they were too out of stock but their delivery would be there this afternoon and was asked to call back later that day. I called back later that day and was told the delivery came but the medication I needed a refill for was not on that shipment. They asked me to call again tomorrow. I called again the next day to check in and was told the same thing...no delivery for the medication I needed. This is when I reached, Kendra who when I asked about the general time frame of when to expect it told me "the medication you take is a controlled substance and there are rules and regulations you need to comply with and understand. You need to wait at least 3-5 business days before this can even be considered for a refill" The implication that i didn't know what "rules and regulations" existed and the ignorance of not knowing I'd already been waiting 3 days past my expected refill date was so unprofessional and rude. She had no idea what i'd been dealing with (and deal with each month) to get this prescription filled and instead of taking time to understand, as i was never given an opportunity to explain why i was asking, was totally uncalled for. I asked to speak to a manager who was able to reconcile as best she could but, i will never return to cvs to deal with any pharmacy staff if i am able to avoid it. As i said, dealing with the public is difficult but, you never know what the other side of the story is. Especially surrounding medical care. I hope my negative experience and attempt to communicate myself will help this facility to expect better from their employees. Kindness goes SO far.

I went here to get a lab covid test. First off, the speakers are about shot, I could hardly hear a thing. Secondly, the pharmacist was the rudest person I've ever dealt with in any healthcare or retail setting. She caught an attitude with me as soon as I hesitated to take the test because I was contemplating what was required. The tests I've had in the past were rapid tests so I was confused when I saw the vial. When I explained to her that I had only done rapid tests before she just snapped back with "well we dont have those here" and hastily explained what to do. Because of the terrible speakers I could hardly hear her but did what I thought she said. I started to put the swab in the wrapper, since that's what you do with the rapid test (and earlier when I took the vial out and was looking at it she told be to leave everything but the swab in the bag) but she started to yell at me to not put the swab in the wrapper and put it in the vial. Never have I felt so disrespected in a Healthcare setting. Where have peoples manners gone?

CVS in roxboro nc staff in the pharmacy are very,very rude!!!!! They act just like we owe them something I encourage anyone who has a subscription there to move it cause I’m definitely moving mine, I waited to consult with the pharmacist for 1hr. and they acted like I wasn’t even standing there!!!!!!

I moved to the area a week ago & needed to transfer my perscriptions. I had the pleasure of talking to the pharmacist, Kristin. She took care of everything for me & was so helpful in answering all of my questions. I was appreciative of the kind & efficient manner in which she handled my transition to a new pharmacy. This was my first experience with a CVS pharmacy & I am a grateful customer!

Waited two hours to pick up a family member’s prescription on a Sunday. The staff acted as if they couldn’t find it. Finally was given two prescriptions. Doctor called in three. Have now been waiting on phone for 45 minutes to seek the status of the third prescription. Ridiculous. I’m so glad I don’t have my prescriptions here!!! This is an unacceptable business practice. Can’t tell me someone in the pharmacy couldn’t pick up the phone in a 45+ minutes wait.

Takes forever to get someone on the phone, and when you do, they act like you’re a telemarketer interrupting dinner. Quit taking prescriptions there but one doctor still sends one there and I dread it every time. I understand if you’re having a bad day but that’s not my fault.Rite-Aid will fill them in half the time and not treat you like you’re bothering them.

While shopping today I saw an elderly lady approach the pharmacy and request the COVID booster shot. The man who spoke to her told her if she wasn't immunocompromised she couldn't get the booster shot. This was a blatant lie. According to the NC health department anyone over the age of 65 is eligible. She stated she was 85 and her Dr told her to get it. He was extremely rude and uncaring. He refused to give it to her. She was upset and I approached her and told her to go to Walgreens and they would give it to her. I am truely disgusted with how this lady was treated. I would recommend using Walgreens in the future as they are much more caring and compassionate in their treatment of people. If I could give no stars I would as no one should be treating an elderly woman this way.

RUN AWAY.GO TO WALGREENS, WALMART, YOUR LOCAL DRUG DEALER THEY'LL ALL TREAT YOU BETTER THAN THIS PHARMACY.Rude, unprofessional, poor communication, all in all the worst customer service imaginable.This will be my last cvs pharmacy prescription. It's worth the extra 5 dollars to be treated like a human being at any other pharmacy in town.

I took my prescription to Tarsha at 12:00 to get it filled, she said it will take an hour, I said ok that's fine I won't be back to get it till 3:30 anyway. She said she didn't need my insurance card, I tried to offer it to her but she said I was already in the system. When i went back at 3:30 to pick prescription up she still had not filled it and told me to wait very rudely. I waited another 30 minutes, still not filled. I ask another pharmacists why was Tarsha taking so long and she just shook her head and didn't give me an answer. When i went to complain to the head pharmacists, Tarsha called my name. I went to register and stood another 10 minutes while she visited with another pharmacists. I finally got my prescription from Tasha after 4:15 pm. I think i'll change to another pharmacy....

DON'T GET A COVID TEST AT CVS unless you want to WASTE your TIME.I signed up yesterday for a test at a location in durham at 2 pm today.They CANCELED on me and did not leave me a message. Apparently there system is down and it erased all appointments. They told me to sign up for ANOTHER appointment.This is my only day off, so I sign up for the only location that has availability today. I drove 50 minutes out of my way. . . Wait 20 more minutes in line! And THEN they tell me the same story and that it says you are good to go online but your not ...and I DID NOT GET A TEST....I am so mad. This is a terrible organization. DO NOT GET A TEST AT CVS.

Never have my prescriptions; see one person in the morning saying come back in 30-40 mins for a refill, come back hours later and am told they don't even have it in stock and do not know when it will be filled. In all my years having scripts filled out pf CVS's, this is the WORST one. Go somewhere else! Would give 0 stars if I could.

I am very disappointed with CVS I was sent a link to take a survey & after the survey was told I had free gifts I chose the watch & sunglasses.All I had to do was pay shipping and handling & they used my debit card & charged me $200.I called when we saw what they had done & they said I had ordered some kind of diet product.I was not aware of that don't remember seeing it I only gave them my debit card # because I had no idea that CVS would have a site like this on their survey.I have gotten my meds there for 20 years my husband as well.I am almost out of several prescriptions and now can't afford to get them.This is very wrong and underhanded. Frankly I am shocked.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever seen in my life! If you attempt to use the drive thru it will take twice as long as going in the store and I feel sorry for you if you have to call the pharmacy as you are looking to wait at least 10 minutes to talk to anyone!

I went to the drive thru and found out I had to put a prescription on hold while I spoke with insurance to figure out coverage. Pharmacist told me to call back when I was ready to pick up. I called, they supposedly put it in to be filled. I went to pick it up and was told my prescription did not exist despite having paperwork from them that described my cost with insurance.

The service in the pharmacy has rapidly declined. They offer a 1 hour prescription fill. Though many times I've returned in an hour and have had to wait hours more for medication to be ready.
