*Truckers*You will have to come in from northbound side in between tractor supply and harbor freight. They have dumpster blocking half of ally way by harbor freight. Very tight turn be careful of brick wall and guard rail. Place won’t unload you until start of your appointment… place is not sleeper tractor trailer friendly.

Staff are always lovely but store manager Mike seems to always be rude to the employees,yelling at them nearly every time I visit to shop,I'm honestly disappointed and surprised they even have staff with such a rude and seemingly lazy store manager

I've gone several times since they've opened out here. I love the place personally. I do always go kinda late but there's hardly any other customers there, and I can't understand why. The employees have always been extremely nice and have even helped us load up my car afterwards. On my last trip there, my 26 year old daughter (who is a Type 1 Diabetic) went into an unexpected and very fast sugar drop. This has happened before in places like Walmart and the employees just walked around us as though nothing was happening and they definitely never offer any help. So imagine my surprise when it happened at Biglots, and a very caring young lady that was working not only stayed by us and talked my daughter through it, she took off running through the store to get her some orange juice because I never would've found it in time. Then another employee came over and he too was very understanding and helpful with getting us checked out afterwards. I'm forever grateful to them for their empathy and kindness. It meant the world to me and my daughter. ♥︎♥︎

Nice clean store. Bought an item online. They emailed me and told me it was ready for pick up. I went inside to the register and showed the cashier and she found my item and gave it to me. Very easy experience. Friendly staff. Product was exactly as described.

Brand new location. The store seems to be clean and neat with well stocked shelves. Restrooms are of a nice design as well. Lots of furniture to choose from and plenty of other items as well for your household.

Everything was just as it should be... Bought a mattress in a bag. We are in the process of taking it back during to it being too firm for us. So if you do decide to purchase a mattress in a bag from BIG LOTS;PLEASE LOOK OR ASK ABOUT THR FIRMNESS OR U WILL BE LIKE US..

I went in expecting it to look messy .but it was a nice looking store .they need to have big bags for big items .like pillows ,boom boxes ,toys ,they didn't have the bag when I bought my boom box .I was walking I need a bag to put it in .the cashier said they don't have big bags
