If I could give 0 stars I would. I wish I took pictures for proof. Booked here through expedia. First when you get there the lady at front desk looked me up and down as if I was the problem. We didn't even unload the car before walking right back out of the room we had booked. The bed was dirty, there was some sort of stain on the inside of the comforter. Now they are refusing my refund through expedia and the best I can get is a travel voucher. Absolutely ridiculous. Save your time and money and book elsewhere and don't get trapped like my family did.

Worse place I’ve ever stayed. The room smelled like mold upon entering. Went to take a shower there was 6 roaches in the showers and 3 hanging on the curtain. There was hair in the bathtub. The towels though washed was a dirty white and stained. The fridge unplugged. The bed was comfortable. My sister saw from the bed she was on all the garbage under the bed I was on. Change, food, lighter, empty liquor bottle. Obviously housekeeping is a joke. When we saw roaches crawling on the nightstand and on my pillow case that was it. Went to manager and requested a refund. No refund could be given but would move us into a better room. Funny how we felt they saw out of towners and gave us the nastiest room and thought we would be ok. Wrong. Amazing how they did give us a room. Clean. No roaches. Cold fridge and clean linen. Never would stay there again. Rather sleep in my car.

We didn’t even bothering staying. First room we went to had dirty sheets to where they didn’t look like they were not washed. The room in general terrible, pounds soap scum in the shower, mirrors had dirt streaks, and the towels had stains on them. We had gone down to switch rooms, the lady at front desk had an attitude and when we got the new room it was much worse. There was a strong chemical smell to where my sun couldn’t breathe and the bed sheets were grey when they were supposed to be white. The towels weren’t neatly hung they were hanging off the towel rack which was coming off the wall. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. There were eyelashes on the bed and dead bugs in and outside the room. Was not a pleasant experience and don’t know how this place is still opened.

Once a Super 8, now a rancid, very dirty shell of a motel, no phone, no Bible, no towels, no toilet paper (although available by request and we got a full roll!), ac looked like it had caught fire and collapsed on itself. Curtains above never changed after extinguishing said fire?. Bed stand was so sticky it also served as flypaper. Convenient. We used the laminate free pressboard table instead. TV was authentic to the original Super 8 and had volume on both channels airing Hitler documentaries. No volume on the news channel. Nice poltergeist picture quality with working remote. Spectacular views of the South of the Border Sombrero and walking distance to the border. Very sad and mostly illiterate signs in the tiny lobby space. Looked like a there was a reasonably nice place right down the road as we drove the mile towards 95 on our exit... literally the nastiest place we have ever over nighted.

If I could give zero stars, that would be the only award they would win. There were roaches there to greet us and hair on the shower head. Other than that the bed was comfortable but room smelled mold. We used a room spray to take smell away. Can see why they only have a picture of the front of building and that must have years ago because it looks better than now.Worst place I've ever stayed at.

I kame here last week. First all, room door handle kept falling off and it was hard to get out the room. The mini refrigerator didn't work at all, the ac look like somebody tryna steal copper out it ND just thought frame Back up, had to unplug it to turn it off and it only had 1 volume low air, But far as that it was right fa quick rest inn or just to klean up urself.

~I've got a lovely batch of cockroaches~~There they are scuttling in the bed~~Small ones, large ones, some the size of your head~I've never seen so many cockroaches in my dang life, and I've stayed in some low-star hotels before.I had my own bottle of roach killer in my car, so I brought that in and did nothing but spray spray spray for nearly half an hour. It was like a hydra, you spray down one and two come in its place.When I was beholden to the appearance of the Giant Roach That Makes All the Rules I tapped out. Couldn't do it, man, just nope.

This had to be the worse place we have ever stayed at. The first room had a toilet seat that wasn't even attached on one end .I probably would have found my wife on the floor. The air wasn't working well and the smell was very musty.The Tv was hard to get on.The second room they moved us to was still very musty smelling. The TV was so noisy that you couldn't hear the show you tried to watch. I went to turn on a light and there was no bulb in the socket, I almost put my finger in it and it was plugged in . The air conditioner was useless. While we were trying to watch a very noisy TV the mirror fell of one side of the wall.So all and all ,,,never again. We will be sure to pass it by.

I have traveled for a while now, and this was one of the worst places I have ever been! I purchased one non-smoking room with two queen beds; however, the room smelled like it was a smoking room that was "converted" over to a non-smoking room. The room that I was given was moderately clean, but the chairs were stained and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom had hot running water and a semi-clean shower. The pillows had stains on them and had lost most of their fluff. The beds were by far the worst part of the room. The beds were old, stained, and uncomfortable. The problem was the sheets; the sheets were heavily stained and too small for the bed to the point where they would pop off of it every couple of minutes. There was not a fridge in my room, just an old tube T.V. that did work enough to watch a movie or two. There was WiFi, but it was dead slow. Last but not least, the hotel did not have an ice machine on my visit. I would not stay here again nor recommend staying here.

Definitely come here the other Hotel Roach Coach stayed in it last night the manager told me when I walked in I said what's your price it said 65 at the tax I said well good deal let me go check next door is it all there expensive go ahead and go so I took the room next door for 65 later on I walked over to this hotel asked what the price was they said 60 after tax. That gives you an idea of what is going on at the hotel next door a bunch of live fibers not a single person is in their hotel building or parking other than the patels of course. Next door has half a parking lot

We went with the fact that it was super cheap and pet friendly after evacuating due to Irma. Little did we know how terrible this place actually is. It does in fact have bed bugs and they even showed me a list after I placed a complaint of other rooms that also had an infestation. They also refused a refund after we were only there about an hour before this horrendous discovery. This place needs to be avoided like the plague. It also needs to be shut down as soon as possible. I also included the proof of the infestation on the dirty disgusting blankets. The room smelled of mildew and water damage, as well as being in a state of disrepair that was half finished. There was literally a place on the wall that had been smoothed over with paint but had not been repaired at all. Found random trash behind the dressers as well as beer bottle caps and the blankets had cigarette Burns and the mattresses didn't have a fitted sheet. I could go on but seriously stay away from this place hopefully it will be shut down soon.

If there was any way to give this place 0 stars I would and I am a person that doesn't easily complain and isn't overly picky. This was the first time in my life that I asked for my money back and left a hotel (I have travelled A LOT). The rooms are downright FILTHY. Bed sheets are far from clean and feel "sticky", the carpet is stained to the point that i wouldn't even take my shoes off there. The air conditioning/heater is missing the knobs, there are dead spiders and cobwebs between the curtains and the wall, the bathroom smelled like a**, there was pubic hair all over the toilet and hair in the tub and the bottom of the toilet was caked with old pee. We paid 50 dollars for this hell hole and they wanted an additional 10 for our dog. This is so ridiculous that I couldn't help but laugh. Honestly, I am grossed out to the point that I'm not even tired anymore. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!

It's cheap so don't have high expectations. WiFi was awful, the room had electrical problems, as plugging in my phone turned the light out. There was a TV that the remote didn't work for. However they had hot water and the bed was comfy.

They have roaches! Bed lining is not cleaned good. They have cable. That's about the best thing. Can't complain to much cause they say you pay for what you get. $49.95 +tax. No bedbugs. That's a plus for the price in Dillon.Correction they do have bedbugs.

This place has a fair price for their rooms. The water is hot and they usually have plenty of openings regardless of the time you show up. Parking is easy and available. If you need anything, the office is always available to provide it to you. I recommend this place if you need somewhere to rest and shower in quality for a low price

Checked in after 9pm front desk gave short and curt answers. Couldn't tell if sheets were clean. Slept on top of bedding. Shower was hot!!! Good thing. Out of room by 5a.m.

Convenient spot near the highway, but it is old and feels it. The staff is very nice and friendly, and took care of us quickly. The TV wouldn't work and they got it fixed after we called. Overall a ok place if all you need is a low cost room for the night.

HORRIBLE ALLLLLLL AROUND!!!! Disgusting tubs!!! Rooms were SMOKED OUT!!! SHEETS WERE DIRTY AND WRINKLED AS IF THEY JUST PULLED THE TOP BLANKET OVER THEM!!! I IMMEDIATELY started itching the moment I walked into that TERRIBLE ROOM! Ask for a refund and was told no!! So we to be switched to a better room and the condition were worst! Needless to say we left with only $15 back from a room we didn't even spend 30 minutes in!! UGHHHHH!!!!

Do not go. The food was great. That was it. We walked in to 1 person saying hello and not even looking up. WH is known for being super friendly and fun. It was not. The waitress acted as though she just woke up. She couldn't figure out what we were ordering. (Simple menu stuff) My husband got 2 sausages on a plate before he got his coffee! We had to ask for our drinks. When we got our meals (which we ate half of before he got his coffee, but they did brew him a fresh pot), they had the loudest meeting ever, we knew their inventory, who had to clean what and other yelling. Why? Because instead of a huddle they all just yelled back and forth. And the absolute worst? I'm a germaphobe, they have the air dryer over the toilet in the bathroom! Ewwww

Super Inn is located on the main drag, very easy to find and access. The employee and owner was very friendly and kind to provide a wake up call when that is something they don't normally do. The rates for the room was MORE than reasonable for a holiday weekend and the room was pleasingly clean.

Toilet malfunction and ran all night, two threadbare stained towels, filthy duct and the room smelled like mold. Bed was uncomfortable, sheets ill-fitting and no blanket . We were advised that the breakfast was included when booked but no coffee or breakfast available. Very disappointing!

This place was so. Nasty i walk in all i seen was roaches ran up the wall. So they give us other room and the tv did not work at 3 am. I ran out the hotel because of. Bed bug dont stay here. If you think this is a nice hotel then your nasty just like the people who ran the hotel. (DONT STAY HERE )

I checked in before midnight 9/17/16. And ran out at three in the morning with a major case of bedbug bites. There is no way the management is unaware of this major infestation.I took video and pictures. The bugs were crawling all over the bed when I woke up. I have bites all over my neck, back, arms and face. My Birthday was 9/19/16 what a way to spend it covered in bedbug bites.Wish I could post the video and pictures here for the world to see. I did post it on there Facebook page and mine.

I would not stay here again. There were two roaches in the room. The customer service was not good. Wifi was terrible and barely worked in the room I was in. It is one of the places where you wish you would have spent 10 more dollars and driven 20 more miles up the road.

This hotel is absolutely DISCUSTING !!! it took 3 rooms for us to decide to just leave and go to another hotel.. We didn't even try to get out money back... Room 1) there was a mushroom on the floor, NO towels ,NO soap, NO toilet paper.. The fridge didn't work and the sheets had marks and hair on them... Room 2) was equally as gross.. Room 3) HAIR EVERYWHERE.. long black hair in the sheets, the towels , the bathroom floor ,the shower curtain, and the bed along with the gross amount of hair were dirty sheets and the mattress was gross as hell..this site is saying that this hotel is permently closed but out visit was THIS past Monday morning may 4th 2015.. Horrible.. Do not stay here!!
