I have always great experiences with them. I don’t know why its so underrated. I have no problems with getting my prescription and stuff. The pharmacy staffs are welcoming and helpful. Store is clean and organized, looks like they enjoy doing their job.

I was late for covid test. 10 minutes past my appointment time. Waited behind 4 cars and was refused my test. Was told they closed at 5pm 2 times by 2 different people. It was 3 pm. Then the manager shrugged when I asked that they reconsider because it was a condition of my employment and I had driven 45 miles to get there. I was late.... I have been tested 1 time a week for 10 weeks... I have waited in a drive up line for as much as 1.5 hours and as little as 1 minute.... the test takes 15 seconds in each nostril.. 30 seconds total. Will not even try this store again. Good luck

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The attitudes there need much to be improved. Some of them act as though they hate their jobs or that they just hate to see a customer walk up to the counter. There are often no friendly smiles or greetings, only looks of contempt. My husband used to pick up meds for me because I was unable to do it myself. Each time he returned home he had a complaint about the attitudes he encountered. I now know exactly what he felt. I am considering moving my prescriptions to mail order. It costs me nothing and I won't have to "pay" for nasty attitudes and disrespect. I wish I could give zero stars!!!

I've gone there twice to get a script filled and I dont know why I tried again. Each time has been a disappointing experience. I'm never acknowledged when I come in I stand there and no one says a word they make eye contact and quickly look Down. Everyone I see has a scowl on their face and act like they would rather be anywhere else but there. I cleared my throat to try to get someone's attention and they still continued to walk by me like I was invisible. After 10 minutes of waiting for someone to acknowledge me,say hello,ask If they could help me,or even just say someone would be with me in a minute ,when I'm ready to go someone finally walks over to me with a look on her face like why am I even there. The attitudes of the pharmacy staff leave MUCH to be desired.i will NEVER go there again.i will drive the 10 miles to the next pharmacy, like I'm doing now.

Believe the bad reviews. I had to learn the hard way. This is definitely the worst Walgreens I've been to and I would rather stay sick than have to ask these rude people for help ever again!

I made an appointment to get the vaccine for the 22nd of August. When I went in to get it, the lady at the pharmacy refused to give it to me because there were less than 14 people getting it that day. THEU REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE COVID 19 VACCINE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT WANT TO DO THE WORK.

My three year old daughter had to have 32 stitches in her food my wife and I stopped by Walgreens to get her meds and we’re told by a really rude lady that she couldn’t fill the meds because we didn’t have her insurance card on us which I told her we were waiting on it from dss she said without that she couldn’t do anything now my daughter is screaming in pain with no meds. Hope them sobs are happy with themselves I will never do business with them again nor do I advise anyone else to neither
