I was doordashing through there and accepted 2 orders from this store. I waited over 20 minutes, and when I asked the manager for the second time about my orders, she snapped and yelled to me that they had a lot of other orders before mine. All of the people that came inside to order and in the drive-thru AFTER me had already gotten their orders and left. Bad service, bad attitude on her part, bad time management, and bad management.

The staff was very courteous and professional. I went twice in the same day because my kids enjoyed walking in and engaging with the staff in conversation!Kid-friendliness: The staff enjoys their job and it shows! I love coming here!

The bathrooms are a bit cramped, they're clean though. The parking lot it very nice because of the trees. The drive thru service takes sometimes 20-30 minutes so not a good thing for them. The service is sometimes slow but sometimes fast. They usually get your order wrong.

Our experience was NOT good!! Repeated our order several times at the drive-thru speaker & the employee never could repeat it back correct. My husband told her we would place our order at the pick-up window which we did & it was repeated back to us correctly. After waiting approximately 10 minutes at the window, she came & asked us to pull up.. our food was cooking. So we did & it came out in about 5 more minutes. Since this had not been a good experience we checked our order & something was left out!! My husband went in & got the missing item & told the only 2employees he saw what a "painful" experience this had been. Total time there, was almost 30 minutes!!! NOT fast food!!!

Everytime i come here, I have to pull up to wait on food, when there are other cars waiting as well. They tell me to pull up so they can pull up the vehicle behind so they can wait as well only to get money from other customers who place order...they do this to make it look as they provided fast service(because of that timer of how long a car sits at window, if it goes in red they failed to serve customer in time) but they didnt and don't... I'm still waiting 20 mins later on food they said would take 6 mins to cook..NEW MANAGEMENT IS NEEDED

It's a shame that there isn't a negative star to give this restaurant. I went through the drive through last evening on my way home and waited for 15 minutes to get my meal. The person working the window asked me twice about what I ordered, the cup lid on my drink was not on tight, and I received no receipt for my order. As I watched the employee bag my order, he rolled the top of the bag shut, and banged it against his leg as he walked toward the window. The bag had grease spots on it, and this employee didn't say, "Thank you", or anything. He just handed my bag to me and walked away. There were flies at the open window, and the parking lot was trashy. If I hadn't already paid for my order, I would have just driven away. This business needs a complete change of management and a total makeover. Needless to say, from now on if I want anything from Hardee's, I will be stopping at the one near Stedman, or driving into Clinton. For the price of my combo meal-eight dollars and some change-I DO expect something better than what I experienced yesterday.

Waited @15 minutes to get food, drink tasted like dirt ( guessing they never clean dispenser), and hashrowns greasy and only about five in a small order. Bathrooms in serious need of a good cleaning! Staff not friendly at all!!! Will not be returning

As normal with this location in Roseboro the service is way below par. I came into the restaurant and placed my order at quarter past the hour. I didn't get it until half past. I had to ask for someone to wipe down a table so I could sit down to begin my Wait.The food is normally pretty good the service is just poor.One group of patrons had waited over 25 minutes for his food and asked to speak to a manager, was told she was on break and they did not know when she would return.One of the backline employees came into the dining room to take a break looked like he had been dumpster diving.Unfortunately I believe that the staff believes that this kind of service is really acceptable.

i get the worst out of anyone in our town i promise ok...... it was great once but honestly not there fault being a chef at a steakhouse down the road we've all been affected by covid n hiring ppl who know nothing especially high schoolers sometimes you gotta get through it with the sweat on your brow and a few crying teens n god bless them they are seriously improving i support local all day n even through this i still go by n grab a burger regardless we love you guys ...head chef rr.st..b.leap...the geezers wanna complain give em a spatula n dare em to take just an hour during lunch :) if they can do it they wouldnt come to us i support you guys 100

Service was slower than being stabbed to death with a plastic spoon. Dont try to throw any crazy curveballs, like and extra water on your order, or their minds will literally implode. Tater tots were good though! 👍🏻

I truly wish Roseboro had more choices in fast food. That is the only reason this place stays in business! Hardees is the worst place to purchase food! The staff is rude and it takes forever to get your food. We showed up at 8:11 pm and they refused to fry chicken for our order. They close at 10:00 so I am pretty sure they had plenty of time to make the chicken. Always check your food and make sure you have the right order. We also had mold on our bread last year. Disgusting!

Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes, just to get up and order mashed potatoes, woman said they don't have any. And not going to make any. HUGE disappointment!! Bad form Hardees. Guess I'll drive somewhere that had all the food on the menu ready to be served to the customers.

My Hardees is in a mall town. Yesterday I stopped in at dinner time, and groups of local people were sitting in the parking lot by the cars in sports chairs enjoying their meals and family and friends. It was very comforting in these uncertain times.

Service was horrible!! Waited in line at the drive thru for over 15 min and there were only 3 cars in front of me. The Hardees in Roseboro has the worst customer service and are so slow its unreal. Never again!!

This place absolutely sucks. They are always out of something at prime time and even though the drive-thru is empty I still wait 10 minutes. It has been like this since day one
