Took our mower for service on hydraulic system. Called several times to check on our mower after 2 weeks. Was never called back. Finally called again and was told its ready and your bill is over $600! Manager very rude and belligerent then wants to back track to keep our business. Will take my business elsewhere.

Went in to try and find a part for a lawn mower that was purchased elsewhere (we are new to the state). The lady in customer service was very helpful, she went above and beyond. The man on the other hand, was exceptionally rude. He told the lady she had spent enough time helping us and she needed to move on. I'm sure things would have been different if we were looking to purchase a mower.

Took my Husqvarna lawn tractor to get it serviced and and they never greased it. When I talked to the owner, Joe, he lectured me telling me he instructs the guy to wipe the fittings and how to check to see if it was greased or not. Bull. Any fool can see the fittings were dirty. It took me half a tube to grease it.. It was too far to drive to get them to redo it. Wish I went back just for the principal of the thing. I asked the repair guy if everything checked out ok. He said he gets so many he couldn't remember about mine. I bought my tractor there years ago too.

J & B Greene store is Great ! The products and service is just as great , The staff is down to earth , honest and straight forward ! They will help you in any way they can , We came in looking for a mower gave him a price and he told us what we could get and did not try to talk us into something that we count not afford . Stopped by on 3-17-18 to purchase a mower and was impressed with selection they had and the prices. But left after about 35 mins of being hounded by everyone in there as too what i wanted, and what i had to spend.I decided to go with the big simplicity riding mower. The owner asked if i had my checkbook with me, i told him i wanted to finance it and he starts to tell me ill have to pay an extra 3%. I said ok, no problem, i can finance it or put it on a credit card ( gotta get those airline miles ). He kept pushing me to pay cash for the mower.I decided to walk out and will spend my 7500.00 elsewhere.
