I live in Ronda and I go to the Dollar General a lot. I'm usually in and out fairly quick. They do have really busy times that you may have to be in line for a bit. But overall the people are nice and have always answered any questions I have had. They have had times they were out of milk but lately they have everything I needed and wanted at a good price I have been to many many Dollar General in a lot of different areas and it definately is far, far from the worst and with a little work , could make it the best. But as before It is a great place to get what you need , close to home at a good price.

The staff is grossly incompetent. Their focus is on socializing with friends rather then working, this is something observed multiple times with multiple staff members. They are unable to keep simple items in stock which speaks volumes as far the managers abilities. Staff is unable to answer simple questions, you are greated with an "I don't know" to absolutely every enquiry. The appearance of the store is clean & is a fresh of breath air to such a small town but one can not say the same about the obviously lack of personal hygiene of the entire staff.

Didnt want to give any stars, but i had to. Worst experience I've ever had at a DG anywhere I've been. Customer service was absolutely horrifying. The 'buy 1 get 2 free' sale was a joke everything rang up full price, then the cashier had to get assistance and however helped her was plum awful, rude, and very unhelpful. Then I had to Go back in and get my $75 receipt they didn't give me and seemed as it was a problem. Work on people skills and whatever is wrong with the "systems" very disappointed.

Look out for this place. If you go in be really careful of the floor they do not clean up their messes they like leaving broken things laying on the ground for you to slip in and believe me you're in a state where it is automatically your fault it doesn't matter. So be very weary of this place.

Yeah a dollar store on Highway 268 it's the best ever the people are very friendly their help you they don't have it mean look on their face like the other ones and I love it I grade 5 a five-star and I shop there almost every day and will continue to love you guys
