If I could give the team a million stars I would! The love and care that they give to my Lewis is above and beyond. He is so happy when we drop him off for daycare and boarding and is exhausted when we pick him up from playing with the staff and other pups all day! I cannot thank them enough for all that they do for my sweet boy and all the other love bugs there. ❤️🐶👏🏻

Nice place. Took our dog here after we couldn’t get an appointment at our regular dog spa for like 6 months. They came out to the car and got the dog upon arrival. Dog was very clean and smelled good upon return

Rolesville Pet Spa is AWESOME!! I have 4 dogs that need grooming regularly and these folks have never let me down! They do a great job on all of them, from my little 15 lbs dachshund to my 55 lbs lab! Highly recommend these folks!

I have always been very pleased with Rolesville Pet Spa. The staff took wonderful care of my two dogs in daycare. They were very accommodating and were very good with my excitable dogs. Sandi did a wonderful job grooming my dogs! They looked wonderful and I was very pleased! I would highly recommend this facility for daycare and grooming!

Tyler is really great, do whatever you can to keep him. Gofer came to us after being abandoned, he has anxiety issues but Tyler and staff have helped him to acclimate and enjoy his spa visits.

This place doesn't even deserve a star. We brought our dog for boarding, and when we went to pick him up...the faculty lost all of his toys aka gave them away to someone else and gave all of his Blue Buffalo dog food away to the other dogs as well. If they are not responsible for his toys and food, how can they be responsible for my dog? Not to mention when we picked him up, the ac was broke, and it was over 100 degrees in the facility. No one said sorry and no one acted like they cared.Just now as I was sitting in the vet's office with my dog, a gentleman comes in to say that Rolesville Pet resort lost his dog. They did not secure the area and the dog ran away. This Saturday we are supposed to get 3 inches of snow, and they lost his dog!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! You will not be happy!

We just picked up Gracie, our standard Yorkie from her grooming appointment at Rolesville Pet Resort & Spa and couldn't be more pleased. We've tried several groomers over the years, and our high-stung canine can be difficult in certain situations. Sandi, the groomer, did a wonderful job! We're very pleased and definitely recommend them.

Being a Fur Parent to my Corgi Winston is one of most pleasurable things in my life.So you can imagine the anxiety levelanytime I have to leave him behind. Roseville Pet Resort went above and beyond my expectations. They genuinely care about your pet. Daily reporting on how Winston was doing, concern and contact if they suspect he is sick or notice any thing out of norm. FANTASTIC !!! I will definitely will use them , the next time I go away .

I was scared to leave Sheba. I have never kenneled any of my babies but i will have to say we toured the pet resort and others some of the others were fancy but i felt that rolesville pet resort made me feel better about leaving her. When she was picked up she was so HAPPY. I will use them again. Thank you to all the loving staff

I took my dog to Rolesville Pet Spa for the first time about a month ago-At that time I was very pleased with the service. So I took him again today (March 24th)...Dropped him off around 7:40, picked him up at 11 something. At the time I picked him up I did not pay that close attention to him because I had just came from grocery shopping. Once we made it home I noticed that his face, particulary around his eyes were not clean-He still had a eye boogers. I quickly called Rolesville Pet Spa to voice how disappointed I was with the service. The young lady said I would have to call back Monday to speak with a manager. She also gave me a number to their "office". I explained to the gentlemen (who seemed annoyed by my displeasure of their service) that I was not happy with my service and wanted a refund. He then gave me an email address of a manager and said email her and she will be able to help you.At this time I am so upset. One thing that I can not stand is poor customer service. If you are not an honest business then you should not be in operation.

Rolesville Pet Resort & Spa has been the worst experience I have ever had, when it comes to kennels. My family went away for vacation and due to the "good reviews" we decided to leave our Yorkie, Puffin, in this "so called" Pet Resort & Spa. Few days later while on vacation we get a notice stating there was an incident with our dog. Due to their negligence and irresponsibility my dog passed away on December 27th 2015. They left him alone and was then found DEAD on the ground. They weren't even able to provide a proper explanation to the situation, they believe it was "another dog". My family did not just loose a pet we lost a part of our family. We left him in this facility to be safe, to be protected and instead due to their failures as a caring facility, our dog died. If you love your pet do not leave him here. You might end up getting an email letting you know they failed to protect your dog.

Warning!! Do not bring your pets here unless you want to lose them!!!This pet resort LOST that's right LOST a dog, there excuse is he escaped from a kennel. There is absolute noting this owner can say to convince me or my fellow dog owners to use this location again. Please for the sake of your pet stay far away from this pet resort, I've heard other stories about lost toys but noting tops what they did to that poor dog.

The whole staff at Rolesville pet resort and spa did a great job with our dog and we had a great experience would recommend anyone for all the normal things dogs need on a regular basis from Baths to grooming and having nails trimmed

This Facility is very clean. You are always greeted with a smile and a bark of a dog. The Service is amazing and the staff are always happy to see you. I have never seen a better place then this
