With recent updates to the stores interior, customer service and overall appearance of the store calls for much improvement.INVENTORY: Unfortunately, this location is the only store in the city and the inventory levels for many necessities are remain low.ORGANIZATION: The store is overcrowded, not organized well and could be a fire hazard.PRICING: Pricing is comparable to nearby stores.CUSTOMER SERVICE: Here's their biggest downfall. Employees aren't friendly at all, understaffed and many times serve you with a reluctant demeanor. After your items are bagged, receipt is given, they immediately leave the register, even before you've taken YOUR OWN bags from the carousel. This is probably my last visit to this location and will be reaching out to corporate.

The new staff needs a attitude adjustment. Especially the girl working this morning. I went in to get 2 summer toys for my son that was marked down 50% off summer on a sign clear as day. I went to self check out they ranged up full priced. Instead of fixing it to make what's right the Girl refused. She then walked away from me after I told her what they were doing was illegal. I work in customer service and I was 100% was in the right on this. After her manager arrived back to the store I got my discount. She also had a attitude to. I used to come by there alot before but ever since new staff came in with those attitudes I've stopped. I work in rolesville and was a regular. Something needs to be done about these employees.

Store employees are closing the store early even though the store hours on the door reflect 9pm. Marijuana could be smelled heavily inside too.

The staff at this Dollar General are friendly and fast. Local shoppers were rude, nasty and hateful as I used my coupons. The staff was courteous knowledgeable and awesome. They ALL need and deserve a raise and bonus. Bathroom needs updating and repair, but the type of locals is probably why

Every time! I come here they are closed! It’s 11am and they open at 10.. right now they have ice people sitting here and waiting. What in the world???

The attitude of that ONE employee that’s ALWAYS there needs to be adjusted. I think we’re past blaming it on COVID. She just flat out don’t want to be there and it shows. She doesn’t want to work the register but if she does it’s like a silent library. No greeting, telling you the total, nothing.

This is a very conveniently located dollar general. There is so much stock. Well there is so much stock the aisles are almost overflowing. The aisles are narrow. They have lots of variety of inventory. I was also surprised at how much grocery items they had both on the shelf and refrigerated.

Nice group of people working here. They do there best to keep the store put back together after those animals go through and tear everything all to pieces.Great prices and usually have what you need at a deal.

You can find good prices only if you can get through all the cluttered aisles. This is a treasure if you can shop through all the clutter. They carry so many things that you could probably do one stop shopping. I just can't do clutter.

Even though they have whatever I need, the store has be one very messyIt is dangerous with the boxes always in the aislesIt is extremely understaffed. Long lines often ensue and you have to wait at the register for a worker to come from the back. I have left my things at the register often and walked out due to waiting too long even after workers have acknowledged people at the register.

I was pleasantly surprised to find items here that I could not find at Walmart. The store is rather on a tight squeeze but the selection is very varied. Conviniently located in downtown Rolesville, parking is not a problem and the prices are very reasonable. Just have to browse very slowly so you won't miss a good find. This store makes more sense than a strictly dollar only store because they carry more quality items.

Oh wow where do i start i live in youmgsville nc i visit this store constantly because my sister stays in granite falls. Anyway my visits here at this location is fantastic . the manager here is always so pleasent and go beyond to help you. The cashiers. Does their job efficiently. And they are always wearing a smile unfortunately i cant say the same for the wake forest and youmgsville. Store just. Being honest keep it up dollar General rolesville nc

Haven't been to this Dollar General in a while. This was a nice visit. The ales want crowed. Few things need to be picked up but looked butter then it use to. The worker was nice

Horrible, I was not greeted when I entered the store. Cashier did not speak except for uttering the total. She did not thank me for shopping there. Cashier was not properly wearing face mask.

New hours posted on door but not updated anywhere else. Went to pick up a package fed ex dropped off at this location. Went to go in at 5:54, told they close at 6 and couldn’t be helped. Very poor experience. Won’t shop here nor have packages sent here again.

Found the rug that was on sale but this store is always crowded with shopping carts in the middle of the main isles. Had to move carts out of my way so I could get by. Looks like it has lots of items in there but you have to have time to find what you are looking for.

Dollar General could really be a go to store for area neighborhoods but because it is always messy & aisles full of stock items most neighbors avoid. This was a chance visit but won't be returning anytime soon.

Cashier's are either no where to be found, or blasting music from their phones at the register. No where near as messy as the Wake Forest store, but management definitely needs to step in more...or be replaced
