The pharmacy is great, one staff in particular is very helpful and friendly. I have found Adam to be a great help each time I am there. Yes the car line is long sometimes, I don't think that's something they can control. Sometimes it is just as easy or quicker to go inside. Try it the exercise with do you some good and you will find if you are polite and patient with the staff they will be polite and patient with you.

An awesome place to take care of many errands at once. You can shop & find amazing sales, fill a prescription, get a vaccination,drop of a package (Fed-Ex), etc :)Some pluses are - The store is always clean. The employees are friendly and inviting.————————————————————————Regarding Covid Vaccinations if you don’t want to wait here, I recommend getting it done at your local health department. I had difficulties at two Walgreens with getting my vax. I understand though as they may sometimes overbook and may run out of supply.Also, be patient waiting for your medicine. The pharmacist and the techs want to ensure your medicine is correct, this takes time. The drive through also takes a long time, but that is expected. I recommend calling your script in or dropping it off, and then signing up for alerts. This makes it easy to track and you can run errands while you wait.

The absolute worst pharmacy on the planet!! We waited over an hour for a COVID vaccination that was scheduled two days ago!! I wish I could give them no stars!!!!!!! I will never go here for anything else in my life! They need all new staff!!!!! We actually arrived 15-minutes before our scheduled appointment! We arrived at 6:50 and are now just leaving at 8:06!! There were 5 employees in the pharmacy section and two others stocking items! I will patronize any other pharmacy in the future! The absolute worst!!

My boyfriend and I came last week wednesday to put up 2 prescriptions they was sent in wiych walmart didn't have. They kept saying they didn't see no order witch they told us on the phone it was thereThen we went outside and called again then they claim it was there ok. Ok got it a left. By in the weekends was having problems so the doctor sent in another pain prescription witch we never ask for but tried to pick it up again bit this time they gave us the run around again. Bit they said they would have the order to the second is what they told my boyfriend other so I card and they said they had it. When I picked it up I didn't notice nothing to my boyfriend woke up say it was watered down witch when he shot my it truly was. He called and the lady told him she a sure him it was they same liquid medicine.. the first one was syrupy kinda this one was like water and red cool aid. Watch your stiff cause they will get you and lie to you..

I switched from CVS for the convenience of the drive thru, but twice now I have received a call saying my prescription is ready for pickup and both times they have not been ready. Really, why would I get the call if they have not been filled? This time I waited 2 days before going to pick it up and ... hasn’t been filled. Thanks for great service!

I have yet to have a good experience at this particular Walgreens. They are slow to respond to customers and the clerks and pharmacy assistants behave as if they are new to their job. I have spoken to the pharmacy clerks and asked for them to stock my special meds, and even Have shown them my prescriptions. Since I am now spending most of my time in the Rocky Mount area I need a pharmacy that I can rely on . As it is I am still 20 minutes away from Rocky Mount so it is difficult to spend as much time as I have to in order to get my prescriptions filled and picked up in a timely manner.

I can't begin to imagine how much gas I have wasted waiting in their drive through for the past 2 years. At least a 10 minute wait for each car in front of you. Just transferred everything over to CVS. Good riddance Walgreens.

The low reviews are definitely deserving. Went to resolve an issue for my elderly mother at the pharmacy and the manager was just as rude and unprofessional as the cashier. No customer service whatsoever. Have never used Walgreens for personal services and won't be.

Around 40 minutes waiting for one car in the drive through!!!! If the prescription doesn’t ready they shouldn’t allow the people to wait on the drive through!!! The line becomes too long then the people start leaving without getting there medicine!!!!

Pictures were not ready I placed them and cane back an hour and a half later and they still weren't ready only printed 118 pictures CVS usually does the same in about half an hour
