Second time I've been here in a week and both times I was completely ignored.I could not get any assistance from any of the sales associates.I stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes and when somebody finally came up from the back and I asked for a tap and die set he pointed at a cashier and said ask her and he headed out the door.When I voiced my dissatisfaction and started for the door they then started asking me what I wanted.I have very long hair and honestly I think I'm being ignored because they are biased.In the past year nearly every time I've been in there no one has been friendly towards meThey're all very indifferent when they do talk to me.It feels as if they don't want to be bothered or don't want to be around me in particular because they're swarming around all the other customers trying to assist.I'm the maintenance supervisor for a group of privately owned local hotels.I'm done with tractor supplyI'll be shopping at Lowe's exclusively from now on.If this is in fact because of how I look then this is ridiculous.Especially in this day and age.I haven't been treated this way since 1975.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Ms. Lori( Rocky Mount NC) location. She works in the garden department. Ms. Lori was super helpful and knowledgeable about all the plants in the garden. She took the time to show and explain every question and I had a lot. We need more workers like Ms. Lori. Very pleasant personality. Thank you Ms. Lori ☺️

Good selection of stock. The store could use some tlc with merchandising and the staff could sharpen their saw with customer service. Overall an ok experience. I found everything I needed. This store has the potential to be excellent. Good location and staffed well.

This is a cool store. They have all the mowers, clothes, feed for deer, and a lot more to meet your needs. I love to just go in there to lookThey have dog and cat food and other feed for farm animals. It is just a really cool place to shop

Horrible employees & management. Came to get my online order, told Amanda I need to get my items and she said go wait in line instead of using her headset to notify them to bring it. After helping 4 other people who came after I told the cashier I was picking up an online order, Sadie finally got my items from the locker about 40 feet from the register. Came here another time because their app said they had some items in stock that I was looking for, so we came here to buy them. Told the employee they do not have any on the shelf, so instead of looking they just said they did not have any. Went out to the parking lot and ordered them on the app and picked them up later that day because they are liars and very lazy.

This is my favorite tractor supply out of all of them. The staff is always so kind and helpful, they have a large selection and great items always on sale!We only order our food for our chickens from this store & dog food too. I am lucky to have them, also I do the online pick up and it works so well! The staff always delivers quickly and so polite. Never a bad thing to say about the staff here.

I order online and pick up a fairly large feed order at the store every single week. Generally the employees are helpful and friendly. Today I waited at the service counter for 15 minutes while I watched an employee talking with friends and purposely ignoring me. Checked out with no issues and was told that she would meet me out back to load my feed. Waited out back for over half an hour when I finally called the store to inform them I was STILL waiting for my feed. Finally an employee showed up out back to help and had no idea I was waiting or who’s order was being picked up as the employee who checked me out never informed anyone else I was picking up an order. I really like most of the employees but this girl needs to get her act together before she loses good customers for the store. Wish I had thought to get her name.

Came in and asked a worker for help put his finger up said give me a minute waited for him to come back saw me and just kept walking away and helped someone else who was standing around didn’t care much proceeded to ask about sweet corn seeds which the employee helped me moving to the register I stood in line while the lady was laughing with a customer who wasn’t in her lane. So i moved to the next lane since she wasn’t ringing anyone up she calls the customer over after seeing me and says I’ll ring you up worst experience ever

I enjoy going and seeing what they got.And getting some advice about my puppy and on what to get and what not to get.always ask someone before buying a plastic crate that way you will know how tall and how big he will be.cause he will need the other kind.

Our appointment time was at 5am the following day. We showed up at about 530pm and the workers were very nice. Even thou we couldn't be unloaded til the am we were able to back up to the dock to be unloaded in the morning. There is a big lot infront of store for trucks to park that is out of the way of the parking lot. When delivering here you want to turn in off 301 make a right at stop sign like your headed to dealership and go around the building that way, just be careful cause cars fly thru there. Go all the way around the the shopping center and you will find a the metal loading dock to back up too. There is a Wendy's and a Golden Corral within walking distance to eat at. Very easy place to deliver too. Will most definitely deliver here again.

The store in Rocky Mount has one of the best employees i have ever meet at any retail store and im "older" so ive been to many. She was very knowledgeable and even help me with things i need with the product i bought, i didn't even think of it, wonderful, young lady. Her name was stacie

Am usually very pleased with service at TSC. While in Petsmart called to check if a certain size dog crate/carrier was stock, gave size and price. Was told it was and then told me that it did not come with a door. I described how it was packaged and that the door was packed inside between the top and the bottom, that they all came with a door. Was told again it did not come with a door. So I paid $15 more for one at Petsmart. Got home, looked on line and yes, they come with a door. Called TSC and got the same young lady, explained it all again. She didn’t take my word, checked the packaged dog crate and then told me, she was sorry.... it does come with a door. So I’m out $15 and I am a loyal regular customer. Disappointing.....

They did not have what I needed. The girl at the front sent me to the customer service deck. Where the guy running that deck couldn't probably run the computer. So he didn't know how to look up what I needed. There was another guy there trying to order coveralls and the guy couldn't look those up either. They didn't have his size in stock.
