I would give this store no star. Every single time I go in there I'm followed. You should find a better way to catch the people who actually steal from you. My daughter was nearly crying because we had to put back the items she wanted to get her aunt. I'm not shopping there again unless they do some changes.

The Target in Rocky Mount is always my to-go place for shopping. The store is clean and I can always find assistance. The pick- up option is fast. The associates are always friendly.

I went to Target to stock up on my favorite toilet paper. I love the Target brand because it's not too thin or thick but just right not to stop up the toilet. I wish they would have a sale on them or come down on the price a little and email me ahead of time.

This is your typical Target. They have the same stuff as other Target stores. This store has some issues right now. It seems to be in disarray most of the time. I'm not sure what the issue is but as a whole, the store needs work on their appearance issues and other stuff. Some of the staff are nice and personable. Others are not. I hope they make some improvements soon.

This location needs TLC. In the women's clothing department, I found it difficult to find any items by size. Most things were not folded and laid across the shelving and racks in total disary. The things that were folded were not in sequence. It looked like a mix between a Ross and a teenager's bedroom. Outside of the checkout/front end staff, I only remember seeing one other staff member setting up Halloween. Being low on staff may be the answer to the why, but it could and should be better.

We ordered new body pillows and body pillow cases. My husband and I wanted to look around before picking up our order. Associates got us big bags to protect the end that wasn’t sealed on our pillows. Great service keep it up Target.

I was search for shoes for my grandbaby, and found shoes that had been worn. Adult shoes. Like someone trade shoes. Check your shoe boxes before taking them home.

I mean, who doesn’t love Target?!! Also, I love how easy the Drive-Up/Pickup is. The associates are always sweet and polite. The one thing I miss is the fresh popped popcorn and the Icees but I digress.

The self-checkout lady was so sweet! Not the fault of employees, but I’ve been to many Targets and this is the first one I’ve seen with such a small food selection like this, they don’t have a fresh/produce section

Very good place to buy Halloween candy.Had a great selection from big bags to individuals pieces. Found everything I wanted and even bought some Halloween decorations.The store was very clean and easy to get through the aisles. Most definitely go back and do some Christmas shopping there..

I drove an hour to the store yesterday looking for a specific item that the website said they only had one of. I didn't find it on the floor so I interrupted an employee, Julian, who was working on something else to help me locate it. He looked it up, verified it wasn't on the floor in the proper location and offered to look in the back. He not only came back with one of the item but two! Why is two important? Because I run a pug rescue and it was pug cookie jar he found. I use these to raise money for the rescue pugs vet care. A lot of employees would have checked the shelf spot, found it empty, and chalked it up to an incorrect count but Julian went above and beyond and took the time to search the item out. That extra effort will help save more pugs. Julian, you are a very special person and the pugs of Pawsitively Pugs Rescue thank you!

This Target is awesome! I love the drive up option because it’s tough hauling two young kids in. Every time I’ve come to get my items, the customer service has been outstanding and the people are so friendly. The orders are also prepared quickly. There is also a good & consistent stock of items.

Ordered a dress online for scheduled pickup and it was weirdly folded in the bag. It made sense when I came across a sticky bbq like stain! Had to attend a wedding so I had no time to return! Not happy!

First time at this target since my family and I are from Maryland. the Starbucks wasnt very good and the customer service was slacking. As far as the store it was nice to walk around. I did notice only few of the customers and employee had on mask. Maybe it's different down here but in Maryland you would not be allowed in the stores without your mask. They had great sales. I just love that southern customer service it makes your day.

This was by far the worst Target experience I’ve ever had. I ordered 1 item. I got the confirmation email. I then got the email saying my order was ready. The ironic part was that this terrible Target said please hurry to the store due to lack of storage space. I alerted Target that I was there. I waited almost 10 minutes until my baby started to cry. I walked in and asked to get my order and said I’ve been waiting almost 10 minutes. The RUDE lady said, “it’s been 8 minutes.” Okay ma’am, thanks for rushing me to the store to get my order, making me wait, and then having a nasty attitude. Your nasty customer experience was all the more reason to use Amazon or any other retailer that has good customer service associates and services!

Generally pretty nice. I love Target but yesterday was unorganized. In the toddler section there were clothes just everywhere on the shelves. No organization to them by style, color or even size. I did see employees in other sections clean up and straighting up the areas. Maybe they just had not gotten to the clothes yet.

Hello.Just a heads up, you should really do yourself a favor & fire your Electronics/Collectibles employee Jason cause I'm not sure he understands what CUSTOMER SERVICE actually means as Jason is extremely stand-offish & really unwilling to help beyond saying “if it's not on the shelf we don't have it anywhere”, despite sites saying they're in stock & other employees going in back without having to be asked bringing back an entire case of what Jason just said wasn't anywhere in store. If he hates doing his job so much & If it's such an inconvenience for customers to try & ascertain whether or not they have a product in stock they've been bombarded with emails from Targets site saying come get this now every other day, why would you work in a CUSTOMER SERVICE job to begin with? This isn’t a stressed holiday kinda attitude thing either, he’s always like this year round.

Never again will I come here. The associates working the drive up rude and clueless. I’ve been sitting here for half hour waiting for my order that they said was ready. I’m seeing people come up 10 minutes after I pulled up that get their order and are done.

I felt that we were in the way of them stocking the store. The young man sanitizing the carts was very welcoming and said goodbye. With the exception of him and our cashier, NO ONE else spoke to us and some even grunted at us.
