I recently visited Sheetz and unfortunately had an incredibly disappointing experience. I ordered a simple bagel sandwich with extra bacon, but what I received was far from what I expected. Not only did I have to wait an astonishing 12 minutes for my order, but when it finally arrived, it was not at all what I had requested. Instead of the promised bagel and extra bacon, I was given an English muffin with regular bacon.The fact that the order was incorrect was frustrating, but what truly compounded the issue was the extensive wait time. I understand that mistakes can happen, but waiting 12 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich is unacceptable, particularly when it was not prepared as requested.To the credit of the management at Sheetz, they promptly refunded my money and offered to remake the sandwich to my specifications. However, at that point, I simply could not afford to invest additional time waiting for another attempt. I appreciated the gesture, but the inconvenience had already soured my experience.In conclusion, the combination of slow service and an incorrect order made this visit to Sheetz exceptionally disappointing. I hope that the management takes steps to improve their service and attention to detail to ensure that other customers do not encounter similar issues in the future.Overall, I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, and I'm hesitant to return to Sheetz based on this experience.

I walked in this morning and the lady inside rudely yelled at me and said they were closed and asked if I even read the sign on the door.. no I didn’t… it’s 6am, I’m tired, the door was unlocked, and people were inside. Rude. I do not care about you signs lady… I wanted a snack.

I went here for gas, coffee & breakfast on the way home from out of town. I stopped here where the workers were helpful and nice. One of them, Christian, particularly showed great customer service by helping me get water for my dog who was in the car. He was kind and helpful. Food & coffee was good too! I definitely recommend stopping here on your road trip, I know I will if I’m back!

This sheets, like so many others typically you won't find the lowest price gas in town, this store is conveniently located and easy in and out due to the traffic light. That's the only thing positive that you can say about it. And like every other sheets. They fail miserably and keeping the paper in the machines for receipts forcing you to go into these stop and robs and ask for a receipt. This store like all the others no exception. No surprise that they're closing stores in the Rocky Mount area.

9/3/22. Air hose not working. It’s been broke for a while. It’ll be interesting to see when they get it fixed. This Sheetz runs out of cups, lids, etc. frequently. Hope the supply person isn’t in charge of repairs.

The restroom absolutely foul. There was feces on the toliet seat. As the photos show the restroom had been ignored for quite some time. This made me not want the food order I had placed before using the Mens. I was NOT offered a refund on the food purchased nor did I leave with the items. It was very concerning. I was told I took to long to ask for a refund. Well had I not had to clean the restroom prior to use, less time would have elapsed allowing for said refund. I felt like if the team was using that bathroom the kitchen standards were more than likely of grave concern. Clearly the corporation is okay with the location as there are several restroom complaints. Tried to resolve the complaint within the store at which point my Id was required and copied. How long will they hold on to this copy? How do they dispose of this sensitive info.

I am a pregnant woman I went to this Sheetz store on my way to work and ordered a sub when I received the sub they put old cucumbers on it instead of informing me that they did not have any FRESH ones and the lettuce was also old. After I took a few bites of the sub out of hunger I was at work in the bathroom SICK!!!

They can be a little slow at checkout sometimes, but overall it's a good store. They're friendly and have great coffee and food. I visit them regularly..

I tried to order a coffee drink. It took over 15 minutes and I watched them give 5 people that came in after me there order. Got my money back and will never go to this sheetz again. It has got to be the worst store in their chain.

Definitely the worst and slowest sheetz in existence. Please tell me why 7 people can come in and order food after me, then get their food before me. Once I finally received my food, it was cold...

I went to the sheetz on 04/25/19 round 4:30 5:00 o'clock to get something to eat and the employee told me that the grill was down.. I been to sheets all time of the night and the grill is never close

Just your average sheetz, only problem which is out of their control is the intersection that they are on is a bit sketchy at times. Rated four stars because there isn't anything separating this sheetz from another.

The customer service is slow, the workers at the grill are rude, the manger is really creepy and weird, and sometimes they wont cook certain foods you order just because they dont want to.
