Seegars came to my home to see our damaged fence due to the tornado. They said that Seegars wanted to help us with the repair. After going through the process of buying a new construction home, working with Seegars fence company was a breeze. They were the most timely and professional contractors through the entire process. Their crew was very hard working and got everything done in a day and a half. I even caught them cleaning up some sod pieces in my front yard after they parked on it, truly going above and beyond.

They installed a fence in the wrong location on our property. Per their management, the installers that did this no longer work for their company. That's convenient. They've taken no responsibility for their mistake. To correct their problem they want to charge us over $700.00 to fix it. I wouldn't recommend the Rocky Mount office to anyone.Service: Fence installation

We suffered damages due to weather on February 6, 2020. I contacted Seegars and discussed what needed repair. At the time we were considering replacing the existing fence exactly as it was. Then we got realistic and decided on a different course altogether. Seegars had no problem adjusting and together we got what works for us. I would and have recommended Seegars because they are open to new ideas/changes, show up on time and are efficient in their time use. We had our rear fence replaced by Seegars in September. We were not quite sure how we wanted the replacement fence designed as we had a tree growing partially through the old fence. Craig came out to look at the fence for a quote and designed the replacement wooden privacy fence to both save the tree and not lose much of the back yard. We were very hesitant at first to get a fence but after a Seegars representative came out and showed us what we could do and provided a quote; we were sold! We had over 200 feet of 5 foot black vinyl chain link installed in our back yard to provide a play area for our grandchildren. It was one of the best investments we've made in our home. Seegar's enclosed my back yard with a black vinyl coated fence that is very well made and looks great. They had to deal with very uneven terrain and still made it look beautiful. The crews were professional and friendly and got the job done well within the time they estimated. I purchased my home September 2016 at two months later in October 2016 we had bad wind and some of the vinyl slacks blew out. I was able to get them back in. But every time we get strong winds those same pieces just blow back out again and again.I did call seegars about the fence an a older gentleman came out and gave me an estimate. He said it was the post and stem. I have even called the builder.I called him back several months later to finally go ahead and get it fixed . As of date I called at least 8 times the receptionist would just take my name and information. But never a call back. Last nights wind has blown it out again :(

Do not recommend this company. Over-priced, did not follow directions on where to put the fence! Came home and it was in a different area. They moved it to the correct placement, but left holes and chunks of cement all over my yard. And then after I picked up all the mess after two weeks, had the nerve to tell me they didn't know why anyone didn't come out and that I was still expected to pay the bill in full. Do not recommend this company to anyone!

Absolutely no integrity. Worst company ever. Take your money elsewhere. They installed my fence and damaged the electric line going from my house to the garage with the supervisor there while putting in the posts. It appeared everything was ok and they said they would seal up the damage but a week or 2 later when we got heavy rains and it shorted out the lines going to the garage. First one leg then the second. Called them and was told “we are not responsible for that” When it was marked, discussed and even on their layout drawing for where the fence was going.They do not understand if you break it you fix it. So now I can’t do any work as I work out of my garage so I can’t support my family.They even had to come back out and fix several things because they short cut putting in the fence pickets. And the gate had a “mile” wide opening for a privacy fence.They were very helpful until the received the full payment for the fence then it is just middle finger in the air.Worst company I have ever had to deal with.

I will say I don't know if I want this company or not! Yes I had this Scott Gardner come out back in February, he gave me a proposal! So we did not commit yet because I've come down wth a frozen shoulder and my husband had infectious cellulitis. So I call today and the manager Roy was very nice and said no it won't go up and we are not running behind! Well I had this Scott Gardner come out to check on a tree that fell and his response was horrible! Well we only hold it for 10 days and I have to go back over it and I'm running 2 weeks behind! FIRST WHO IS TELLING THE TRUTH! THE MANAGER ROY OR SCOTT GARDNER! Don't need it to go up, need it coming down! But be nicer then what you were!

Stay far away from this place, they have no idea what the hell is going on, I ordered fence and it was the worse experience ever had with getting a big order. Take your money somewhere else.. They have the worse process I've ever seen in service, ordering and unloading a truck.
