Looks like they sold a lot during the Christmas holidays. I've never seen the store so empty but it was nice and clean and you could almost stand in one spot and see everything so I hope they had good sales during the holidays. So really nothing to look at. Even the shoe racks were clear. But the people are very friendly.

Fabulous store to find nice and fashionable home decor and clothing. Buyer beware...if you find something you love...buy it. Because the next day it will be gone! Love the home decor selection at fantastic prices!

I came back here and the store was busier than usual. People were here back to school shopping. That says a lot for the store. There was line at the register, but it moved quickly. The cashier was very polite. This is a pleasant store to shop in.

I like Ross. I can usually find a good deal. I wish my fellow shoppers would take some pride in our store. Pickup that item if fell off hanger, cleanup after yourself. Not just a company issue come on we as shoppers can all do better

Picked up a body spray that seemed to have been used but I truly wanted it. I told the cashier my concerns and without hesitation she offered a 10% off.

I just cant stay away from the Ross Brand. Recently, their offerings have been limited. Since I don't live in this great city, I definitively need to make a pit stop. Same everywhere else, the offerings were limited. This store is located in a mall but has its private entrance. You will find that the actual mall is DYING QUICKLY.3-stars, because only in the GREAT ROC does someone come up to you to day, "Hey sis, need that gold?" as if I want to but some random hacked jewelry off some random guy in ROSS. No sir . . . I do not.Don't forget all you reviewers to LIVE a little, SMILE alot, and ENJOY life by BEING NICE!!!

It was a pretty good shopping experience. I got there abt 30mins bf they closed. So i didnt have much time to shop and look around. They have a huge selection of everything! Good prices and great customer service.

It was very busy. VA kids were preparing for b2school. Prices were good but stock wasn't very good. I did find a cute jacket for my grandmini.

Took my Shorkie in with me. Bought him pet cloths. Loved it! There are very few places that you can take your pet. He is well behaved and was in his car seat during our visit here at Ross's.

Store looked like a tornado went through it. Racks were pretty empty. They had the main dressing rooms closed & the only ones open were two small ones near the front of the store that were so jam packed with clothes, there wasn't even a hook for me to hang my stuff on. Seems to be a poorly managed store.

The Ross in Rocky Mount, NC is the worst! Sorry to say. However, they use to be a great place to shop at. #1 They have the smallest 2 room dressing room in a cubby style set up at the front in the middle of the store. My last two visits there the shopping experience was a bust. I asked could I and some of the other customers that were waiting FOREVER use the dressing room in the back and they just said know. Only if the store was really packed enough. So they allowed us to wait forever to go in a little cubby to try on clothes, the dressing room packed with other people clothes they had tried on obviously. The store itself is never in order it seems. Just need better attention to its customers and the store.

dirty and disorganized.. Shelves were not straight, the racks of clothes had items on the floor (all over the store) even the speakers the Christmas music was playing on needed replacing. I would not recommend going here.

The women's clothing section was neater this time. Usually when I go there, the store is a mess. There needs to be a chair near the fitting rooms for customers to use while waiting.

Same clothes over & over again. Good luck if you are a male or a child. Good luck if you are an adult female size 18 & larger. Ross' suck. Open boxes if you buy housewares, etc. Bought a box of broken cups & they would not take back even though we had just bought it & had receipt.

Don't go here. Everytime I do I hate myself for it. I've been in line for 15 minutes, the lady is dropping stuff, she can't find tags, there were only two ahead of me. There are still two ahead of me. Other employees are walking around watching this debacle. Seriously if I didn't need something I would have left long ago.

Beautiful clothing, jewelry and small home decor and everything is at an affordable price point. The showroom is spacious and open for your browsing experience. Friendly salespeople as well.

I love ross, but they need to have at least 2 registers open if they realize there's more than 5 partys in line or they have a big party checking out together that takes more than 10 mins. I've never really had a big prob in ross, but they have gotten on my last nerves today. We stood in line with 10 other groups for 30 min before they opened another register cause they had a huge party checking out. Please fix this problem. Thx, ur loyal customer.
