Went for Black Friday sale. Advertised a remote control Dinosaur. Wasted my time. It was not there and the employees said they never saw it. Ridiculous waste when I could have been somewhere else to score a bargain. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not the 1st time this has happened, but on Black Friday says it's just a business trying to lure you in with lies and false advertisement.

I live in MO. , but every time I visit my home town Roses is definitely one of my pit stops! I love Roses from the time I was a little girl. I have ALWAYS LOVED ROSES. My Mother & I would go to Roses 2-4 times out the week, just to check out the great deals. They always have great deals. Deals that work out with the working persons wallet. I truly wished there was a Roses in the Midwest (STL).

All your household needs in one place makes it easy to find what you need without running all over the world. The staff is polite and the store very clean and welcoming. Need candles for cheap, or anything just stop by and feel like you're at home

The "manager" Milton shouldn't have this position at all. My brother and I went into this location to put in an application. We finished our applications and talked to the manager Milton, he told both of us to come in on the that upcoming Tuesday at 1p and 1:30p for onboarding. My brother and I unfortunately weren't able to make it to our onboarding so we went in today 07/01/2022 to talk to someone about getting us scheduled back in for a different onboarding time and date. Milton screamed at me and was super rude. 8$ an hour ain't worth it anyways.

I am from Houston, Tx. And my trainer brought me to this store, I am in love with it. My favorite is the dresses and patterns and colors on the African culture dresses. In Houston off of Harwin St., they coast a arm and a leg. And this store has great prices!

Nice Roses store.I was different of course than the one back home. I enjoyed looking at the different choice of lamps, lamp shades and other little knick knacks. Me and Mom had a great time there, while helping my niece get relocated to Rocky Mount.

I called this store on several occasions throughout the day and asked if someone could check their stock for a particular window panel that I had previously purchased from another Roses but I needed just one more to complete the set. The same RUDE LADY kept answering the phone saying "We are extremely busy so I don't have anyone who can check for you!" Customer service sucks here!!!

I didn't get names but the woman I assumed is on shift manager this morning was incredibly sweet. I came in trying to make a return and I was juggling my daughter and the bag and this woman held my toddler and played with her so I could dig out my license and change. I'd definitely choose to go there over Walmart if I'm in the Rocky Mount area and need to grab something.

Interesting to see what they have in phone accessories. Purchased several Bluetooth headphonesfor $5.99. Surprised how easy they were to set up and use on my phone. Staff were all polite and helpful.

The store had some great deals, but the staff wasn't very friendly. The bathrooms were so nasty that even after washing my hands I felt that they were dirtier than before.

They have good sales and products for the holiday season. I do love to save money now days , times are very tight especially when you are on a fixed income.

Not Very Clean Appearance. Lots of clutter. Could not hardly get around in isle. Poor selection. However friendly cashier. I would not recommend this Roses location.
