We absolutely love Riverside Veterinary. My big baby is spoiled and they don’t seem to mind. It gives me peace of mind knowing that he is not only at daycare with a great staff but he is also at the Vet. In the event something happens, he can be looked after immediately. He is my four legged baby!

Overall, very good experience. I suggest two things:1. Look up how to use decor to dampen the noise and echo in the front lobby. The noise adds to the animal's stress level.2. Train the assistants to keep the dogs on a short leash when they walk them to the back. An assistant carelessly let a large dog chew at my cat's carrier and terrified her.Other than that, I saw only good things and will definitely go back.

My pet is 7yrs old today and since her very 1st visit, Devon and the other staff members throughout the years have truly been a blessing. They are always professional with a smile and truly caring for our little furry one. We have utilized all of the services at Riverside and have found them to be top notch in all areas of service. I’ve been coming here for years after my cat was traumatized at another practice. Riverside went above and beyond to help us treat his anxiety so that he could receive quality routine care. He is now a healthy senior cat at 16 years old and I couldn’t be happier with his care. Dr. Meacham cared for him during his thyroid cancer and helped us get through the difficult process of radiation therapy so he could be healthy and happy again. She also cares for our other two cats who are quite the behavioral challenge when they feel scared. We wouldn’t consider taking them anywhere else because the care here is personal, high quality, and consistent. I feel loved by the entire staff from check in to check out. The clinic offers options for subscription and delivery services for the prescription foods and meds we need which helps a lot. Dr. Meacham has worked after hours and called me on more than one occasion to answer questions, give advice, and offer suggestions about whether or not to pursue emergency care. Two years ago the entire staff helped me care for a stray, pregnant momma cat until she delivered 4 kittens. They got her through some significant illnesses she picked up when she was abandoned by her owner. They did wellness checks on the kittens until they could be placed in safe homes. We’ve used the boarding services at Riverside and they are EXCELLENT. I’ve had so many good experiences here that I can’t recount them all. If you are looking for a place to be valued as a client and for your beloved pet to be treated like a family member, you should definitely come to Riverside.

I will be moving to the area and am trying to find a new vet for my fur baby. It was kind of exhausting calling so many different places when I called Carly answered the phone and right away was extremely helpful, I had a lot of questions as my fur baby has recently been experiencing some health issues and Carly reassured me and made me feel like I was already a cared for client! I’ve not been to the clinic yet but with such knowledgeable helpful and friendly staff I feel much better about my move and finding a new vet

Kaitlyn, Carly and Devine are so pleasant everytime we take our pet to Riverside. They make us feel like our pet is getting the best care and love. We wouldn't ever think of taking our pet anywhere else because of them, and we also love Dr. Chandra M. Tucker, who by the way has comforted us during our time of loss with previous pets.

My dog was abandoned at 2 different places, when it came time to get his vaccines updated I needed a place that was beyond patient. The vet tech and the vet, Dr. Meacham (not sure on spelling) went above and beyond to make sure my pup was safe and comfortable during the vaccines. The facility was super clean, except the peanut butter and canned dog food left by my pup because they used that to encourage him. I will be taking all of my fur babies here.

They are amazing! They treat my three dogs like their own. Know exactly who my three dogs are when I call and give my name without hesitation. Check up on them the next day after any treatments they get. The daycare staff are always happy to see my dogs when they come get them.

The staff was beyond perfect for my cat, Stripey. They listened to everything I had to say about her medical issues, why she was so underweight, and when I brought her back for her follow up appointment everyone was so nice to me and said I was doing a great job giving her the medication she needs everyday and helping her gain weight back. I love this veterinary clinic and I'm so happy my Stripey has trustworthy people to go to if she ever needs anymore help. Thank you Riverside!!

For many years (even when they were on Sunset) my has entrusted the Staff at Riverside with the care of our pets. They are knowledgeable in veterinary medicine and demonstrate family/pet friendliness. They have always implemented the best of care to our animals with expertise and gentleness. I will never forget the reverence that was shown by every staff member in that building when we had to have a pet put down. A few days later, we received a card signed by all of the staff members acknowledging our loss. My recommendations are of the highest.

We had to bring our furbaby somewhere quickly as he had ripped his dew claw. Our own vet couldn't see him as they were down a doctor and booked for the next week. They referred us to Riverside. At first we didn't think they could see him, either. The young lady who answered the phone had said it was wasn't possible to have him as they were also booked. She called back quickly and had made it happen! My baby was taped up and medicated very quickly and the wait time was minimal. Very, very pleased with this office and if the need arises he could be a regular patient. THANK YOU TO ALL THE INVOLVED EMPLOYEES AT RIVERSIDE!

Best vets office I have been to. They have worked with us financially due to the covid pandemic. We like other Americans have struggled financially during this time. However our dog was in need of a major surgery and Dr. Cameron did the surgery with partial payment. My baby is at home recovering just fine. The whole clinic staff was amazing. I will never leave this clinic, they are by far the best.

One star for the simple fact that no one wants to deal with a RUDE front staff when there is a pet emergency at hand. You do take emergencies don't you? at least that's what your website says, so i'm not understanding why we were told otherwise. If the website isn't accurate then I would suggest updating it or finding nicer individuals who have compassion. truly upsetting.

I am been with Riverside for over 35 years, all of my pets have gone there. They gave us the best service when we had to have our pet Tee Tee put to sleep on December 29, 2015. They treated us and her with great care on what we were having to go through in this difficult time.She got the best care with the health problems that she had in her last 4 years. Now we have a new pet and she is getting the same great care that all of my fur family has received in all these years. Thanks RIVERSIDE .

The front desk staff is always extremely rude every time I go in with my dogs, whether I have called ahead or not. Each time I have come in, they choose to ignore me standing at the desk for at least 5 or so minutes before asking if I need any help... seriously? Noooo I'm good, I just like to walk into vet offices with my dogs for no reason. Put down the fork, Susan, and assist customers.Edit: Susan, Karen, Jane Doe.. why bother getting the name of a chubby receptionist that doesn’t even know how to greet a customer..Also, the actual veterinarians were always nice and knowledgeable.. the front desk staff just needs etiquette training, in person and on the phone. Seems like it would be pretty beneficial to have people that are able to represent the competence of the doctors with competence at the door.
