I bought a fish tank here. The people that work here are very knowledgeable and helpful. Tested my tank water and let me know exactly when the tank was ready for fish. They also let me know that the fish I chose to put in the tank, what other fish could live with these fish. They were able to guide me expertly with what I needed to add to the tank to help its pH balance and to encourage bacteria growth. I love this place

PetSmart exceeded my expectations! The exceptional quality of the dog collar I purchased for my beloved corgi justified the slightly higher cost. It's true what they say, investing in quality is worth every penny. The vast variety of reptiles and birds is impressive, and the knowledgeable and attentive staff made my visit truly enjoyable. We started an aquarium and first an employee helped us know what was needed for a healthy aquarium. Then we were quickly assisted in getting the fish we wanted, and we were also quickly helped in getting more fish on a follow-up visit.

Paid 94 to get our dog groomed and nails clipped. When we came to pick her up, she smelled just as bad when we took her in. If you do decide to take your pet there dont book michelle.

Had my Pomeranian groomed there, they were not allowed to use his muzzle for his grooming appointment. He is a difficult dog when it comes to having his hair and nails cut, which is why I always use his muzzle to clip his nails or trim knots from his hair. I am disappointed with the final result of his haircut, and probably will be looking for a groomer who will use his muzzle. He has been there before and received much better results.

Friendly staff, my pup likes it here. It does take a little too long to get crickets sometimes, I'm always told to wait by the back for someone then have to hunt someone down ten minutes later. Other than that, good service.

I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and I just wanted to say this is a great store. I’ve known Victoria for years and she has always been super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to be around. She truly is an asset to the company. Tyshon is also a gem, he is so kind and helpful. Ashton and Heather (in grooming) are really nice too. Just wanted to give recognition to these awesome employees because they are the backbone to the company and should be recognized for their great work and hospitality.

It is a good store, well stocked with anything you can think of for your pet needs. I did take my8 year old female, spade girl in and about 5' in she freaked out and started clawing toward the exit.

I was disappointed that the grooming person was so rude. I came in for a walk in nail trim, which I was told over the phone that no appointment was necessary. She told me that she would not do it they were too busy and that I could drive to Wilson or come back. I told her I wasn't driving all the way to Wilson from just to get my puppies' nails trimmed. She flat out refused to do the service because she didn't want to.

The current staff is not pet-oriented like past staff members, no one knows mine or my dogs' name ànd they don't give pet treats at the register anymore. When you go there know what you need to get because sometimes some staff members aren't cordial. If you need a pet item, chances are you will find it there . The Items are expensive. Where is the savings when you have to buy 4 bags to get the 5th bag free. An average treat bag is 17.99 or higher for the smaller bag... its a good place to socialize your pet with other pets and people.

I will continue to shop here for supplies , however I do not recommend the fish . Every single one I have purchased has had diseases and even gave one to my fish I have had for 4 years…. If you do buy from here , Quarantine any fish you get in a separate tank for a few weeks then introduce them so you don’t infect your current established tank like I did .

Love this location not a huge fan of buying pets from these chain stores but they have an assortment of every kind of pet need you could have and always very friendly helpful staff!! Love my chameleon rango we purchased they were helpful I will say tho that's there's a lot they didn't have that was needed for certain exotic pets... the starter kits for some of these animals are not good and wouldn't recommend!! Have your husbandry set up before purchasing animals and do your own research before hand if you don't want to be stressed or stress your new family member out!!

We usually go here for crickets for our bearded dragon. The staff is always super awesome, & knowledgeable. We enjoy going here, & our kids always get really excited when we go. Their brand of cat & dog food named Authority is some of the BEST I've ever found. It's the ONLY thing we've found that my Jack can eat and not cause him bloating, loose stool, foul smelling stool, & discomfort. He has to have the sensitive skin and stomach cat food. Switching him, & our other cats, has made such a huge improvement on his quality of life!!! Authority dog food helped one of our dogs recover and gave him the ability to have a full life! It's absolutely worth the money!!!!!

Kristina made sure she told me when I got in the store I only have 4 minutes very unfriendly however tyshawn told me that you know cuz I was there to get a cat he was very friendly he smiled at me and did not rush me out of the store so I will not be coming back to this location because I did not like that too well

Prices are so high but the staff was helpful and kind. We (my 89yo g'ma & I) had a couple issues with large stocking carts but we were able to get to what we needed with some help. Cashier was awesome.
