I really enjoy going to Harbor Freight for all my tools and accessories. Trying out a new Hammer Drill this weekend . I've never had a problem with their tools and if you do they are very good about taking them back.

Went in to return an item and the young lady at the cash register asked me for an ID and made a racist comment. And then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t make the return and looked at her co-worker and started laughing. Never going here again!

This has become one of my "go to" stores for various tools and supplies. I enjoy waiting for a coupon with respect to something I may have my eye on as well as for something I can use. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. A young man by the name of Tony took the initiative today to stop what he was doing and offer assistance. He even took the time to escort me directly to what I was looking for. That is what I call service! The store is always neat and clean, something I appreciate as opposed to things looking stocked in a haphazard manner. Lastly, since their Pittsburgh line of tools carry a lifetime warranty (I'm an old Craftsman tool man) I find they fit my needs with a friendly price! With today's economy we could all use some relief while obtaining good value.

Great store. Niche market serves a great need and demand for tools and supplies in their price range. Great sale on 5 & 7mil disposable gloves. The best around !!!

If I could give one star I would apparently Harbor great has come up with this stupid policy that if you return a defective engine or a defective item. You get charged 25%. Restocking FEE when I called the Home Office they told me that it is up to the store if they want to charge the 25%. F e e Furthermore the Home Office could not do anything for me they cannot refund the 25% they told me. It was up to the store manger harbor freight has lost a long time customer. I will spend the extra money and go to a reputable establishment

After 11 months and a 1 star review, I figured we would give them another chance... MISTAKE. Blonde girl checking us out had zero customer service skills... snatched the purchase tag from my husband, too busy texting on her phone nicely hidden between the two registers, and no Thank You, Have a Nice Day... nothing. They did not have the items we were looking for anyway. Go to the Wilson store... nice, clean, well stocked, and employees that do their job while being polite and smiling.

Honestly. The employees are surprisingly good for a new store. However they hired so well is great.Right as of when I post this the coupons are amazing for New Years if you have given them your address. I love having all my receipts emailed me. Helps me with my taxes at the end of year. Harbor Freight actually has good tools. Not great, but good.I wear their gloves every day. Their impact sockets are great. They survive professional use. Just be aware that not everything is good. It's a good idea to check reviews.They have some deals on other auto supply places, but while the packages are different you can rarely get a better deal at AutoZone.
