I usually find jeans tops sportswear and blouses if I take my time but the dresses should've been thrown away beforeccoming from the back.. Torn zippers broken and older than 20 years

The cashiers are always very nice and friendly. The prices here however have gone up recently. Some things are more expensive than new in store. Place used to have a big selection with good prices but not so much anymore. Still going to shop here but hope some of the pricing comes down.

Good friendly staff. Store was clean but could use some more signs identifying women and men's clothing for those of us that are challenged when it comes to shopping for clothes. Good prices. I got a pair of high top steel toed boots for 4.95.

This is your typical Goodwill thrift store. You never know what you will find when you shop here. You need to take some time to really look because sometimes you can find some great buys. They have uniform prices, so all stores in your area should have the same pricing schedule. There's usually a sign up with all of the prices or you can ask an employee. Some clothing items are less than $2 each.

I just left Goodwill and lucked up today. I found my outfit for my bestfriend wedding reception and a small traveling suitcase too. Also I even got my son another polo shirt for school. Thanks be to God that I stopped by there today. It felt good because I spent only $20 for all that. Yes, I said it.

They have a wide selection especially on the women's clothes. Thought they were a little high on prices but then again everyone's going up. The store was organized. The staff was helpful and friendly.

OMG absolutely terrible my wife is 20 weeks pregnant and was looking for a few things in maternity wear. We have a 6 day old kitten we have to hand feed that we had in something to carry him. We were told by an employee that he was not allowed in the store that we would have to take him to a hot car at almost 100 degrees outside. Then the employee proceeded to tell us if not she would hate for us to lose the kitten like she was threatening us to call animal control or the police on a 6 day old ABANDONED Blind kitten. What kind of sorry people are you to say put a newborn kitten in a hot car! I know it is an animal but WOW it is a newborn in that was being carried. It is not like he was going to destroy your precious store!!!! I have never in my life seen this kind of hate for an animal.

Great store always find good treasures but hours have changed due to the virus and the website has not been updated, there is a tiny tiny notice on door but it's hard to see, in a time when alot of people rely on the websites, they should be updated with the new hours.

went too rocky mount goodwill, and bought a dresser there. A older woman helping load the dresser made the comment “if it falls off it, it falls off”. Found that very unprofessional and am very disappointed. Do not think I will be going back there.

Drove to this location which was out of my way, internet hours of operation said open, time on door said open, lights on in facility, yet door locked and when I called from parking lot no one answered. Waste of my time. I am extremely dissatisfied.
