Bad management. Waited20 minutes for To Go order and still had to go in to ask for my groceries. Meanwhile, standing in the store, 3 cashiers, no one atcustomer service desk, and phone ringing off the hook. Groceries are too expensive for this kind of service. Will go somewhere else.

Was a good working place. Turned into a bad environment to work in. Management was bad. Poor hours. Low pay. Lack of staff. Something was always being complained about anything I did or wasn’t right. Lack of communication. Anything I did wasn’t good enough always complaining. Asistant manger was great absolutely loved her. No problems w her what so ever. She told me what I always did was right or wrong. Loved it!

If you are using OTC, do not go to this food lion. It does not go through computer correctly. It will charge you money. Not just the tax but real funds. I was using OTC and food stamps. All I got was 6 grocery items and a bottle of miralax. I ended up paying 11 dollars cash after using my cards. Every other food lion works with no problem. When brought to the manager attention, I just keep getting told that it is my fault. I get 965 dollars a month to live off. Oh yeah I get 43 dollars food stamps too. Plus OTC. Barely enough to even survive. I'm a widow and doing this by myself. My kids are grown and gone. Please avoid this food lion if you are using OTC. It's gonna cost u instead of helping you. Plus the managers just pass you around until the assistant manager just keeps telling you that it's your fault. The computer can't make a mistake. Computers are only as smart as the person who programs it. They do have problems. That's why we have computer techs. Get your system fixed before blaming customers.

I love food lion yes I know were honestly living in a world now we're sometimes prices are higher then again sometimes their lower " my suggestion is keep the lower prices coming food lion the best you can cause honestly cause there are some prices lower with MVP thanks food lion , plus always run into good nice company I know and share a talk & hug 🤗 while shopping for food and drinks in there !!!

4th visit this week! Absolutely fantastic experience each time. Walmart has nothing on Food Lion. Personal shoppers will text you with photos about replacement choices. Produce has been exceptionally beautiful. The savings and coupons are phenomenal!!!

Working with the public is at best frustrating at time and customers services isn't usually the same quality services every day. Some people are not compatible for the job at the moment of North Carolina lottery number slips I can just imagine running 10, 15, slips and other customers waiting for groceries to check out . There should be a better option for lottery tickets playing at these stores and it is not the keyodd either you can't make. 50cent playing there.Furthermore this Food Lion doesn't even offer Self Check Out for groceries you have no Social distance customers services is lacking.

Bare shelves, my first trip to the supermarket in some time, bare shelves and prices up. Typical box store lots of help and no one working a register, long lines. Stop at this store for the convenience ‼️

The store is always clean and Food Lion it's the only store in town that carries non-gmo cornstarch. They also carry plant based milk chocolate bars that my kiddos really like. Their produce is great.

I used my ebt card and only got food had more than enough balance on the card to pay and was chard $2.33. Now I have to return to store for a explanation after calling ebt # and affirming my balancing. How embarassing and wrong.
