Ok, foodlion is not a bad market. I bought a wine opener. The opener was a piece of you know what didn't work at all. I'm not going back to return it 20 min drive live and learn.

Came to this location to cash a check at customer service. The cashiers that were there were definitely following the "count on me" procedure. I used to work for this company for 11 years and know atleast that part. The store was tidy and the employees were polite. As for my personal service with my transaction... perfect and friendly she was. She told me her name and I only asked because I admired her genuine personality. I know that the time was 14:33:08 from my receipt. Thank you guys for servicing me today...

Went here last night to purchase Thanksgiving items and was denied the sale of a turkey because there were two in the same basket, even though they were for two separate households I take it was a manager but not sure came over and took it out of the cart not asking for a explanation or anything and just said it was a limit of one and just walked away quickly. I do not have to go to this location and it will be a long time before I go back, I was simply trying to help someone else who can't do there own shopping. I guess that is no longer allowed

Not very clean. Bagger packed 2 bags that broke taking them out of the cart and spilling all the content on to the parking lot. Either lack of training or care . More oversight is needed from management.

I like shopping at Food Lion for groceries. I shop at other stores since I can’t get everything from there. I especially like their produce section. Other stores sometimes have wilted or molded produce or it goes bad shortly after you get it home.

Idk when produce is stocked, but it's not around 4pm on a Wednesday😆 I didn't see such a large selection of produce either. It's very limited. Staff was friendly tho, just won't go back because of their small produce section and on top of it it was very low on what they did have.

You can count on food lion to be consistent with their selections no matter which store you shop at. I scored my 21 lb fresh turkey 🦃 at this location for our Thanksgiving meal. Thank you to the young man in the meat department for checking all the fresh turkeys in the back to try to find me a 25 pounder. I should have gotten his name because he was happy to help!

Clean store with helpful employees. This manager must treat their employees well because it really shows. One guy helped me find some ranch mix. He didn't know where it was and spent 5 mins to help me track it down even tho he had a bunch of food to stock up. Genuine people are hired here. IV talked to most of the people here. We're all trying to make ends meet and these people treat you how they would like to be treated. Shop with them you will enjoy your experience!

The manager has time and time again singled me out for using coupons. The only reason I continue to go back is because the convenience of the location. She discriminates against me. I'm sure I'm not the only customer she treats this way. She treats employees the same. My heart goes out to all the cashiers & other employees that work there when that woman is working.Other than her the store is great. Super friendly employees, clean and uncluttered. Love how they price compete with Lidls & Walmart. It really makes this location a one stop shop.The meat department could do better. Everytime I go they are either out of what's on sale or the products look unfresh.

Great store. Mgr Jeremy very helpful and informative. Store was set up witk checkout station barricades, all floors marked at 6 ft increments, entry and exit doors with large signs displayed, all aisles marked at each end for one way directions. Produce, canned goods, household supplies, meat products, dairy products, etc very neat/organized. Floors, windows and carts clean. Carts being sanitized prior to customer use. Outside of store and parking lot clean.😊😊

Slow service looks like they cut payroll in this store. Produce section needs some detail cleaning not much to choose from. Meat section need detail cleaning as well. Good customer service far as cashiers.

Fruits are not the best. Rotisserie chicken is overpriced. Juice prices are high except when on sale. 3 for $10 soda sale is good.

Food lion on Hunterhill rd in Rocky Mount is my absolute favorite food lion in town. The staff is friendly. The store is clean. I find all I need and want just about each time I visit, and the prices are very low. Lower than on my side of town. Thanks to the food lion on hunterhill rd. Continue to best number 1!!

My employer recently relocated my dept. a stones throw from Food Lion. I rarely go grocery shopping for more than a item or two. This particular location is not in my community or the newest or latest thing location but I now find myself stopping in on my lunch, after work, and driving past closer Food Lion's over to this location when I need an item anytime. I noticed after so many stops how tidy the staff are, how courteous and knowledged too.the store itself is unbelievablyclean and in order every visit. Most impressive to someone that has always bought by need and convenience and now appreciates the Food Loin standard.

The cashier's are always very friendly,pleasant and be helpful. My shopping trips are great experience, they are well stocked and prices are great. The store brands can be compared to name brands.
