I don't plan on going back here. Their customer service is a joke. I wasn't greeted when I got there. Neither was the guy who walked in behind me. The cashier was standing just doing nothing. I spoke 4 times before she spoke back. I probably would've understood her not greeting if she was busy but... A lot of the shelves were empty, but there was a lady and a gentleman stocking some of the shelves. Some of the items weren't priced at all; there weren't even priced on the shelves. Also I had to cut my visit short. I'm disabled and I have to make frequent bathroom trips. I asked the lady who was stocking if they had a public restroom about 5 times before she answered, and when she finally answered, she answered with attitude. I then tried explaining my situation and she walked off as if I wasn't speaking to her. I used to work at a similar place so I know why the restrooms are off limits to customers. I also know that if you have a paying customer that is disabled and has to use the bathroom in an emergency situation, you can accompany them to the bathroom. So I started walking to the cash register where there was a mega line. The lady who was stocking came and opened the other register, but only rung up certain people. I ended up just going to the other register where the non greeter was. As I paying for my stuff, I asked her if she knew of anywhere else in the area that had a public restroom. She threw up her hands, turned her nose up, and mumbled something. She did hand me my change and bag nicely though. I stood there for a few seconds to see if it was just me that they were like this with, but it wasn't because she didn't even bag up the person that was behind me in line stuff. They bagged their own.

The store itself has come a long way. The assistant manager is really nice and super helpful. The only issue is the cashier Brittany often smells. You know when she’s working because the nose never lies. It’s no way I should be checking out and have to hold my breath. It literally smells like an onion boil. It’s rather disturbing.

The dude with dreadlocks or braids whatever you called it in his hair was being disrespectful and used foul language working as a cashier

Store layout is cluttered and dirty. Building old, not their fault. You cant bring packages in and you cant take carts out. This is the place to be if you have sticky fingers.
