I taught when in customer service no matter your personal opinion about person you're still suppose to greet the customer with a smile and say hello or something. I've been in many of times with what appeared to be attitudes towards me. I don't know any of the workers that work there but I have recorded my experience in the store plenty and it's a shame that you can help one customer with a coke a smile and not do the same for another. It's sad to pass judgement on someone without really knowing them or what they are going through. Idk if it's just me but I will be calling the corporate office in the morning because I've just had enough of being treated like I'm not a paying customer.
