Had a great time at this location. It was my 1st time i visited here and was glad to see everything is all set up and no huge boxes blocking the aisles. So that if you were shopping for a specific thing, maybe a seasonal item, you have a pleasant shopping experience. The manager, Michelle very nice and friendly and helpful . She assisted me in finding my items She's very knowledgeable of where everything was in the store. Come down to this place and get those quick pick me ups you need.

Must be new employee there by himself has dreads and stays on his personal phone while tending to the customers. Also he didn't even have a proper uniform. I trying to figure out when they start leaving new employees by themselves. Especially when they are not fully trained. Very disappointing went and couldn't even get what I needed done. 😕

As far as service always 5 star, Michelle is my favorite, shes always so nice I can tell she's smiling even from behind her mask 😷But as far as having all my needs , not so much , I know its not a drug store but I wish they had a little more selection.But thanks again.

I have shopped here several days a week since this store opened. It is always messy and cluttered, and service is, almost nonexistent, unless you count standing in line to check out for up to ten minutes. Regardless, It is close, and prices are pretty good, and the coupon clipping app was great, other than a few times when the prices didn't exactly add up on the coupon. So I spent several hundred dollars a month here anyway. BUT, with that said, I will NEVER spend another dollar there. I'm so disgusted, that I may never shop at ANY FD again. I walked into the store and had barely stepped inside when an employee literally screamed at me that I had to leave my pocket book outside in my car. Then another employee rudely said something about "the sign", which I had seen already on the door, that stated that, "oversized pocket books and bookbags were not allowed". Mind you, I was toting a standard size hobo style bag, that was crammed too full of my own things, medicine, bp monitor, baby wipes, and diaper, (all of which I have to keep on me currently due to my health) to try to hide products in. Not to mention the fact that if people can't be trusted inside the store, why would I be forced to put things I cannot afford to replace in an unattended vehicle? But I complied, and voiced my opinion in a very mature and quiet manner, just to come back into the store to hear the staff talking rudely about me, including saying that I can't read. This happened between the hours of 2 & 4 on September 4, 2018. I'm leaving this info just in case the upper management cares and needs to know who was on duty. I am only aware of 3 employees there at the time and all were being equally rude.

The manager, is very rude and treats customers poorly. Shame on you, Family Dollar, for hiring such ignorant, unmannerly people. When I expressed that I was upset with the service, Michelle, the manager said to the customer in front of her, " she don't like it, she can shop somewhere else". I will.

My experience at this store was horrible. The store is so cluttered you can't find or get to what you need. It was as hot in the store as it was outside. I waited in line for at least ten minutes due to the slow cashier. First and last time that store will get my money.

I was falsely accused of stealing some of your merchandise when it was actually my colostomy bag thinking of taking this to a lawyer do not appreciate it it was really degrading and I have enough issues with my colostomy as it is without someone just accusing me without even seeing me steal anyting something needs to be done thank you very much Darren weeks
