Today, Saturday, March 26th I visited the Cobb Corner store and had a great experience. There's a employee whose name is Ray. It was a very windy day and I had bought a birthday card for my sister-in-law. As I was leaving the store the wind caught my bag and blew the card and envelope away. Ray tried to recover it for me along with another lady that was leaving the store - we did get the card back but the envelope was gone! And, what good is a birthday card without the envelope, right. Well, Ray was so helpful and asked if I'd like him to get me another envelope - so he brought my card back into the store (he wanted to make sure the card would fit into the correct size envelope).. Now that is real Customer Service!!! Ray went above and beyond! Thanks Ray!

Love this store. For one, its a bigger store and they have a lot more items to choose from. Like surprising name brand items going for 6 dollars at Wal-Mart so you feel like you need to get 3 or 4 to stock up on them so you save more money in the long run. Just check the expiration dates on the name brand things that seam like they dont belong here, because I have made the mistake of purchasing multiple items that weren't exactly for daily use and by the third bottle I realized they were expired. The store was clean well organized and again, they have a vast selection of multiple items gor every section in comparison to the smaller stores

This store has really gone down hill since the last time I was there. First I was greeted literally within a couple feet of the door by someone begging for money and then there was product scattered throughout several isles and it was dirty. I have shopped this store many times and have always enjoyed my experience in the store but today was a totally different experience and not sure I will be back till management starts taking care of their store again. Right now I would rather pay a little more somewhere else. Only saving grace is the staff was friendly and still taking care of their customers.

The store is filthy . Looks like it haven’t been swept in months or shelves haven’t been wiped in months. The people than manage and one guy that was running register are not pleasant at all. The other dollar store is much cleaner and organized. I bet they have rats. Where’s cooperate ? Will be calling..

Needs more cashiers, lines very long with only two registers. Cashier only tells one race (white) have a nice day. He consistently did this. Shame on him. Tell everyone if you're gonna say it. He's not obligated, however it looks bad for the store.

I always love going to this Dollar Tree. They always have a good selection to choose from. The store is always clean and free of clutter. All the employees are super nice and willing to help you even if they go in the back to see if there is anymore of what you ask about.

More selection than at the store where I live. Prices vary...not all $1.25. They have some bigger items for $3 & $5 as well. Super nice staff.

They NEVER bring their shopping carts inside!! I enjoy the prices but may I please have a somewhat sanitized shopping cart for my 89yo g'ma & her $50+/week purchases, at least?

This store don't tell you until you go back to get a refund. I was triple charged for two items and when I went to return items to the store they refused to refund me my money. They said that I don't know if they told you or not but we don't give back refunds only exchanges. I didn't want anything else from the store just my money back. I ended up replacing them with something else that I didn't want. Watch what you buy because they won't give you your money back!!!!!

Not too fond of the extra .25 cent but anywho... its a little cluttered and messy. Majority of the time the lines are really long and slow moving.

The store is nasty. There's mold in the Coke cooler and 2 places in the ceiling. Uta in terrible shape.

Great 1$ deals and everything's a dollar. Got some pretty good deals for a dollar. I recommend going there. They do have million dollar brands.

It's great they have a restroom u can use but it is filthy. It's way too hot in there while u r shopping and waiting to ck out.

I went in to get a balloon and they were out of helium. This dollar tree is always out. Manager said they ran out bc of valentines day. When i asked her about getting 1 she shook her head no and THEN told me why.....this is why i don't shop in rocky mounts dollar tree.
