The customer service at this store is a disgrace. The store manager "Donna Smith" is very nasty mouthed /disrespectful.. she doesn't want to help the customers with locating items, or answer any questions you may have about discontinued items.

There was only one cashier open. I only saw one cashier ringing up customers. There are other associates walking around in the store. When I saw this I nicely put my things away and I left the store. At the peak of any time of the day there should be more than one or two cashier's on the floor. There were no shopping carts either...bad service at the rocky mount store!

Love DG for their bargains and deals on things you need every day. Wish some of the staff took more pride in their work, but most employees are always friendly and willing to help!
