Giving 1 star but they deserve none. The pharmacist ( African American female with glasses, which I am too) not sure of what her name is the worst. She clearly skipped her customer service class. She has not a clue of how to talk to customers. They have an will continue to lose business because of this blatant mistreatment and disrespect of customers. My new pharmacy has been requesting a profile transfer for two weeks and what do you know. Cvs has yet to act like they've received it. I should've left years ago but 2024 not another dime of my $ will be spent in the Rocky Mount Store. Please do something with this staff. And if you don't have time to wait in long lines and risk getting a migraine, DON'T GO THERE!.

I've been there a few times and the first 2 or 3 times when I could not decide on some items that I needed I was followed by the associates. On one occasion one followed me to the self checkout. Since the cashier had a customer and I only had 2 or 3 items I don't mind the self checkout, but their card reader doesn't work if you have to swipe your card. It's been like that for months. So when I kept swiping my HSA card the associate who was following me stood in one of the isles and yelled out that I was doing it wrong. Why could she not walk over and simple offer to help me? She did not need to yell across the store especially if I wasn't doing anything wrong and it's the terminal that does not allow you to swipe your card correctly. There is a Walgreens across the street and if this continues to happen, I know where to take my business.

Well, I've been to this CVS a few times. To buy stuff and also to pick up a prescription. Haven't had any problems as of yet. It's been fine.I'll give it 5 stars, etc.It's true that it's a fairly simple prescription I think, but, anyway, as I said I haven't had any problems.

8/15/23, 9:15 am. Pharmacy clerk on duty is insolent, incompetent and indifferent. He put forth maximum effort giving multiple excuses to not provide the information I was seeking. His phone wasn’t working correctly, and he made no effort to find a new phone so he could hear me, the customer, correctly.

I came in to fill a script for post op pain meds for my 70yr old mother while she waited in the car on our way to a post op care unit. We had a hard script and I had the hospital send an escript as I arrived to that CVS. (4 employees were working in Pharmacy)Tia Webster, in the Pharmacy, repeatedly gave me the run around over the next 3 and a half hours while waiting in the parking lot of CVS with my mother. Webster would look up the profile and say there are delays about completing the script with insurance authorizations, pre-authorization from the doctor, etc... Finally, after waiting over 3hrs I asked another employee to help and found out CVS did not have the escript even!!! Tia Webster was just making it all up and having us wait. The hospital, who I had on the phone with me, immediately submitted the script a 2nd time and we had our meds in less than 20min thanks to the other employee. Almost 4 hours of waiting because of the negligence and laziness of Tia Webster in this Pharmacy Dept. She never apologized or anything, even as she checked me out at the register!! Horrible

Giving this location 1 star because it is the minimum allowed. One star is way to generous and if CVS doesn’t do something fast I believe this pharmacy will seriously injure someone or worse may happen. Take and your and actually read the prescription will go a long ways.

Waiting over 40 minutes on hold to call in a RX for patients is unacceptable. What's even more unacceptable is constantly picking up the phone and immediately placing you back on hold without even speaking. I will be advising patients to no longer use this location since it's too difficult for the pharmacy to answer the phone when trying to verify an RX is in stock for patients.

When you visit the store the staff seem friendly, helpful, and courteous. BUT, if you call the pharmacy, the hold time is 45 minutes. ThE last time I called the young lady hung up on me when I asked who was responsible for my medication not being in stock. I had requested that it be filled over a month ago. They had the prescription for over a month while I was struggling with the insurance company to get it approved, and then when it does get approved the don’t have it. Seriously?

Worst customer service from the pharmacy I've ever had. Called 3 hours in advance , then was told it was almost done give her 15 mins took another 45 mins while there . Had a conversation with another lady she had been waiting for 45 mins for a flu shot , come to find out they never sent either hers or myself orders through they were still on there screens . And this isn't once it every shift , phone rings off the hook , and just to call a prescription in takes 35 to 45 mins to get an answer. Worst CVS team I've ever seen . The regular store part isn't bad though so I guess that's a plus.

This unprofessional pharmaceutical tech had the nerve to ask me to get the lady at the register to ring me up due to the registers not working up front. I looked at this ridiculous woman and the cashier came back there after that. The pharmaceutical tech said she is stressed about ringing up one customer in line, me. Rocky Mount CVS has the bottomfeeders of people working there.

This store literally never answers their phone. Every time I come here I watch all of the staff ignore the multiple calls. As a former CVS employee I wonder how prescribers can call in scripts, and how scripts are transferred.I personally have tried to have prescriptions transferred from another CVS and they literally couldn’t because no one at store #7330 answered the phone.If this wasn’t unacceptable enough, I’ve asked several why the phones aren’t answered and was told “were too busy. Most of the calls are a waste of time”.Again, as a former cvs employee, I wonder how a NON 24hr store could be soooo busy that NONE of the techs or RPh could answer the phone. I also wonder how patient questions, called in prescriptions, and transfers are considered a waste of time.The complaint was made that they don’t have enough hours and that because of being short staffed, there are not enough employee to answer the phone. That may be partially true.However on one of my most recent visits the techs made sufficient time to play with a customers dog. Hours are based on scripts filled. Perhaps if phones were answered, and time was managed effectively, more scripts could be filled and more hours could be allotted.

My doctor put in a prescription on Thurs last week. I go pick up on Sunday. It's not ready. The lady says she will start 2 of the 3. The 3rd will be ready on Monday. We'll I decided to pick up Tuesday. And that 3rd one is not even in the store. Such a inconvenient.

The Pharmacist is the worst. He won't call insurance company, once he say it's not covered he won't even run in system to see it was approved. Charging customers full price when we have insurance. He needs to be given a class on customer service n courtesy. My family n my self will be leaving this business thanks to him. Shame

Gave us the wrong behind the counter allergy medicine and then we couldn't exchange it, which I get is the law but it shouldn't have been wrong in the first place. Now we can't get more because it contains extended release Sudafed and we wasted our money. Go anywhere else. I don't even think the pharmacy tech knew what the medication he gave us was.

I could not hate this pharmacy more. They always take forever, and the staff is always put off and rude. They take forever to find anything. Even when i come at off-times (with a screaming baby) plan on spanking 45 minutes in line.

The worst CVS store I've ever been to. I have given the store many chances because it is the closet to my home. But do to multiple, recent visits, I much rather drive a distance to shop.The store manager is the rudest person I have ever encounter. She has argued with me before about CVS coupons and products. Fifteen minutes before the store closes, she waits at the door while I'm cashing out making me feel like an unwanted customer and like my money being spent there isn't of value. This has happened on many occasions.

As with all CVS stores, the staff are always pleasant, outgoing and courteous, offering to help find things, say hi and goodbye and most of all they make you feel like a valued customer unlike the other drug chains. They always have great deals and I love their "gold emblem" product line. Try the honey roasted peanuts.. to die for!🤗🤗🙊🙊😎

I can't stand this pharmacy wait times are horrible over 35 minutes before anyone answer your phone calls if you go to the store meds are not ready the doctor's office call in a med a week ago got there the med was still not ready had to wait 45mins than they had the medicine in the basket not saying anything untill i had a angry look on my face. I will take my business else where from now on.

The pharmacist billed my insurance incorrectly causing me to have to pay and waiting for a claim to be submitted. The ladies in the pharmacy area have no customer service skills. Not friendly at all

The bathroom here was so dirty!! There was stuff all over the floor. Techs were throwing the completed prescriptions in a basket and they were falling all over the floor. The staff was rude. I was almost scared to have my vaccine done here. It was unreal!!

This pharmacy is a nightmare. Calls hold for 30 mins or more. Prescriptions lost and magically found after says of segueing with them and the dr. So called double profiles causing misplacing of meds.

By far the worst pharmacy and business I have ever dealt with. Will keep you on hold for over an hour and then hang up without answering. Have tried 15 times with same result. Avoid this place!!
