The clerk who assisted me seemed to be very stressed and disinterested. He Never addressed me by my name and basically seemed disinterested in helping me with my prescription price issue. Only the pharmacist on duty seemed personable, addressed me by my name and was interested in helping me to resolve the issue with my prescription price. Had it not been for him, I suspect the clerk would have just said there was nothing he could do. He doesn't seem to be happy in his job and does not have good interpersonal skills. Perhaps he needs a job where he doesn't have to interact with people. People need to feel like they matter, especially in a pharmacy.

Today I had a confrontational conversation and verbal disagreement with pharmacy tech/cashier NakashiaMy prescription was sent electronic to this location per my request. I arrived to picked my prescriptions up in which I was given threeI ask Stephanie not to fill one prescription because I wasn’t I need of it because I still had enough of that particular prescription . On the other hand one had to be ordered out because it’s not kept in stock . I decided to just get the one and wait on the other to come in and void a previousUpon my leaving the store I paid for my items not realizing the one prescription I asked not to have filled was filled in my bag and I was charged for , upon discovering the error I called and the associate who rang me up became very unprofessional and condescending as well as to tell me I have to keep the prescription because it left the store and it’s non refundableI explained to her several times and she refused to understand the error was on cvs fault not mine. She hung up and l had to drive to the store to get the issues resolved . Much thanks to Tyrone for his assistance and defusing the situation but for future reference I will not use this store again . There is evidence of a miscommunications or a non comprehension on the employees

I called the store at 7:30pm to have a prescription transferred from the Target CVS which was out of stock. After being on hold for over 10 minutes I was told that they would not fill my prescription because they are getting ready to close. The Target CVS put the antibiotic on hold there for me. I told the young lady that I was driving one mile away. She said even if I got there before 8 pm they would not fill my prescription. Mind you I am terribly ill and desperately need my antibiotic tonight. She was cold, callous, and uncaring. She hung up with no compassion. I called back to speak to the store manager and the store manager hung up on me twice. I couldn't even explain what was going on. She kept playing store music, then acting as if she could not hear me. It's sad that people who select CVS to fill prescriptions are treated this way. Needless to say I won't ever use this location again. Benvenue Road, Rocky Mount, NC.

I called about my granddaughter's meds last night at seven p.m.waited on hole for a half hour no one answered the phone... So while on hold I drove there thinking they where busy when I got there it was empty no one shopping well that's no true there was one person shopping in the front of the store, the two people at the pharmacy were just chatting and waiting for their day to end.,. Shame on you both!!!! That is your job if you don't like it get another job, people's lives could bepend on their meds!!!!! And shame on CVS for letting them do this... I stood with my phone in my hand still on hold at the pharmacy counter while they talked to each other.

I am giving this review based on not having the ability to be speak to some one when I call the pharmacy. I have called 3 times in the past 2 weeks and have been on hold for more than 20 minutes and finally had to hang up because I could not hold any longer due to being at work. I have spoken to several other people who have the same experience. I have been spoiled by using a small town pharmacy for 15 years until now because they closed down. I never take to wait more than a minute for someone to answer my call. Customer Service is very important to me and I do not feel like this store provides that at all.

As a pharmacy technician, I can honestly say this pharmacy is terrible. For sooo many reasons.• On SEVERAL occasions they have neglected to fill my prescriptions and haven’t informed me. ( The medication I need filled is an over the counter med, or the price was “really high” so it just wasn’t filled)So basically I go to pick up my prescriptions and they’re not filled.• several times I’ve called and have spoke. w/ techs to confirm prescriptions filled and they’re STILL filled incorrectly• several times I ask for a prescription to be filled and it’s not ready when I show up. I mean like I ask for it filled in an hour, wind up showing up the next day and its STILL not ready• although I am an incredibly frequent pt, somehow nobody remembers to just go ahead and fill my over the counter medications. They also claim to not be able to add patient notesI try to be nice abt everything because again I’ve been a tech at CVS. So I get it. I mean patients are the worst a lot of times lol. But this store has HORRIBLE customer service. Literally every time they neglect to fill my script, and I ask them why this KEEPS HAPPENING they get frustrated and irritated with me as if I did something wrong.Unfortunately I don’t know of any good pharmacies in this area, and this one is super close to my house. I just wish they’d like fill my scripts the way they’d want theirs filled.

If I could give 0 stars I would.New to the area and 6selected this pharmacy due to convenience which is not always the best choice.Picked up my husband's medications at the drive thru and waited a couple of minutes ...then a worker advised she would be right with us.We told her we were picking up medications and provided her with the name and date of birth.She negan giving all the names of the medications that were ready.She provided a price which was diffrent than what was given prior and my husband told her it was correct and she snapped back with a attitude and said well it's this price here and said someone probably gave him the wrong price.My husband was asking if she could put back 2 medications and she interrupted rudely and said can you give me a minute please.hey wait and she turned of the speaker and she was mouthing at us but didn't want us to hear.This is totally unacceptable.I don't have to spend a dime with this pharmacy there are plenty others that I can choose.CVS do a better job with your hiring practices.

Monday February 15 at 8:20 pm,, looking for a product and only found a small bottle of it so I asked the lady working if it was on another planogram on a different isle in a different size and she said “what we have is on the floor” and then disappeared to the back I was the only one out front and I proceeded to find it on another isle in a bigger size and had to use self checkout because there was no one behind counter.. I use to always use this store at the old smaller location but I’ll never be back after this.. I’ll just go across the street to Walgreens.. If management doesn’t get things fixed and quick Im positive I won’t be the only one..

Horrible service, pharmacy don't answer the phone. Prescriptions are never ready, had to wait 3 days for blood pressure medicine not because it was out of stock, there just slow.
