I wish I would’ve never gone here I will be reporting him for scamming customers saying he has authentic apple products. He sold my fiancé AirPods that weren’t AirPods they just look like Apple but they don’t connect to the phone as AirPods should. He also replaced my phone screen I asked him was he sure it was authentic he said yes it was a lie. My Face ID immediately did not work and as of today it’s telling me my battery is not authentic when the screen is the only part that’s been repaired on my phone I want him out of business don’t not go here goto Sunset Tech for authenticity ! Update: filed a dispute with the DOC and they told the case manager “I was trying to get a free battery” as if I didn’t pay for the screen and that’s why he wouldn’t assist me. I just wanted to know why I have so many issues after the repair. Then tried to make me feel bad for my comment when I have freedom of speech I have a right to say where I have had my best services in years.

They took my WORKING phone with minor crack and were going to replace the screen when i came back the lock button was broke and they replaced my screen with non apple product wich inturn locked my sim and my phone dosnt work... will be returning to get my money.

I went to get my cracked iPhone 6s screen fixed. I came back and they bent my phone to get the screen to fit the phone. My phone was not bent before the repair. The is a hole between the panel and the screen and the screen barely fits nor sits down.
