No name on receipt and saw no name tag but my cashier was nice. Store was clean & obviously preparing the floor for big sales Thanksgiving week so a wheelchair or walker couldn't get around easily. Not all employees spoke but they atleast had one on the floor actually helping. Red head was rude & offensive to another customer as I walked out the door over a price check. Glad it wasn't me.

I found great deals in big lots for the holidays. They had very nice colorful trees and gift sets. They have nice deals on furniture and couch sets.

Clean friendly customers services. Lighting inside the store. Products do have prices. Parking is excellent. Furniture is of good quality. Small amount of traffic and is a friendly atmosphere.

I came to buy a displayed mirror. The mirror said the price is 149 and it is on sale. I told him that I want to buy and he said it is the display so I can’t sell it but we can get some more next week. I told I am getting the deal since I want to buy it today and the deal is still going on. They were very unprofessional and they didn’t help me at all. It seemed to me that they didn’t care about making a sale. I don’t see the purpose of putting an item on sale if it won’t be sold. I felt so bad and I left the store. I was going to make a 600 dollars purchase and I didn’t because of their poor customer service.

This is your typical Big Lots discount store. They carry the same things as other Big Lots stores. This store is nicer inside than most of the Big Lots stores I've been into before. There's more room to walk and its neater in appearance than many if the other ones I've shopped in. There were lots of employees working, mostly putting up freight, but I had to ask three different ones about what I was looking for. The third one didn't know either, but at least he went to ask someone who did know as opposed to just saying I don't know and dismissing a customer.

Everybody that works there is extra nice. I use to enjoy going into Big Lots, always found something, especially the decorations. They're all different now. They seem to be selling a lot more furniture, rather then the things I like to look at. So most of the time I walk out empty-handed, but I really like the people that work there . I wish it was back the away use to be.

Came to buy something that’s was on sale and they only had the display left, but the sale was ending on that day and could not sell me the display but refused to price freeze so I could get the sale. Also seemed like customer service had no idea how to interact with people, any question I asked was met with extreme awkwardness and indifference. Last time I go to Big Lots.

So me and my wife just moved, and we have been sleeping on a blow up mattress. We needed a bed and tried everywhere but no one could get us a bed tonight! Went to big lots bc they finance. And we were greeted by a guy named Brian! He helped us through the application process, even got us a raise on our limit. He tried his best to get us what we wanted first, a queen. But nothing we wanted was in stock. Only when everything failed he tried to up sell to us to get us a bed tonight. We choose the king bed, and frame. He got us set up with our first payment, then went and got everything and loaded us up himself. He was sweet and helpful, and honestly the best customer service I’ve ever gotten. I am a manager with another company and I’m telling you, he’s a hard worker and does what he can for his customers! Thank you Brian! You made this a very pleasant experience!

I don't know why I continue to patron this establishment, maybe it's the product, or the location convenience... I every time I go I am blown away by how god awful the customer service is. I really wish the company would update their inventory practice. If your floor model is not for sale then it should not show as qty for sale on the store website. Or just sale the display and order another one for display or how about the sales representative help the customers order the items in question for delivery... anything other than saying there's nothing I can do and walking away to help someone else. Fix this Big Lots!

Good selection of merchandise. Good furniture options. Considering that the Rocky Mount, NC area is not the best, this is a really nice Big Lots.

Are in there or supervisor he went to the back and introduced me to some special clearance items which were very good deals but they could have been better they only knocked off $20 of a $100 item that was damaged instead of half price but big lots is a very good place to go for nicer looking furniture that is cheaper than most brand name stores the clearance aisles are the best

We were looking for a 6 ft. lighted elm tree for outdoor decoration. Walked in there it was, with the boxed ones just below it. Went to checkout, used a 20% coupon. We had a nice visit to Big Lots.
