Lady answering the phone acted annoyed to even have to answer. What a great first impression for someone who has never even gotten a prescription filled at this store. I was having issues with a prescription being sent through their system, so I called about 10 minutes after the pharmacy opened and explained the situation. Lady got an attitude immediately when I asked if she knew if the prescription had come through and she stated "well, we just opened, so who knows..." Someone who isn't feeling well and just trying to get meds for a sinus infection doesn't need your condescending tone or nasty attitude. Forget this place! I immediately asked my doctor to try and send the prescription to Walgreens further away. I will go out of my way to not deal with the people at this CVS. Way to ruin a customer/business relationship before it could even be established. Staff here need some serious customer service training and an attitude adjustment.

Clean store, good service and selection. Also when my cat was missing they let me put up a poster and most places won’t being corporate offices so glad to see some places still personable. Thanks CVS and staff

Every time I go to pick up my daughter's allergy medicine, it is either not ready or they are out and not able to fill it. I am supposed to get calls for when something goes wrong, and they are unable to get her medicine prepared, but they never do. The lady that works there with her nose done and very rude and disrespectful, she has no manners, and she does not know how to talk to people nicely. If there was a different pharmacy near my house, I would use it over this one. They are very unorganized and never have medicine ready.

once AGAIN I can't say enough great things about this pharmacy! EVERYONE in that pharmacy department gives it 110% they have never told me no, and always find a way to help me always going above and beyond THANK EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU IN THE PHARMACY once again I will be calling corporate to let them know how great of a job everyone in that pharmacy is doing

There's a reason the reviews are abysmal. I rang the bell (no cashier present as she was busy on the floor) while the store manager was chatting in the office. I had an issue with photos printed online which had been an ongoing issue. To make a long story short, the employees let out an audible rude noise when I left. (I was cordial with my issue)

I went to this CVS to pick up a script for my wife. They didn’t fill it because the copay was $150. How presumptuous were they. Then they state it will be a 30 minute wait. I said I’ve never been told a 30 minute wait when I go to my regular cvs in Richfield. The pharmacist herself said to me in a snarky tone - well they aren’t busy. I said ma’am there is no one here or at the drive thru. When I came back to pick it up the pharmacist was leaning over the counter in her area playing on her phone. Believe me, I don’t ever want to go back there again. Terrible customer service.

I have to give a new review. The last one was done under a bad day and being sick.This pharmacy is good and does have good service. They call me to check my prescriptions to see what l needed before just filling them.I will continue to use them and hope others will as well.We all have bad days and at times make reviews or comments in haste.

This CVS is absolutely the worse one l have ever dealt with. The pharmacy is a joke along with the staff. You move to area try and stay with your other one if possible. My old one is 20 minutes away and lm going back.Then again Pharmacist went to school in New York ( Chuck Schumer and Cuomo state)Loosing $3,562.89 a month from me. Idiots.

Lady working pharmacy window at this location was very rude! I was told the first time I came up to the window, that my prescription was sent but showed that they had filled it but it wasn't ready. She told me to wait 30 mins and come back. I came back 3 hours later, and she tells me that my prescription can't be filled because its too early! Why wouldn't that have been said from the get go, so I didn't have to make another special trip??!?!!

I have lived in Rockwell NC since I was 8 years old.I have shopped at my local CVS store for years! Today I walked in with my fiancé to get a few things. We both went our separate ways in the store. He went to get dog food, drinks, snacks while I went to the beauty section to get eyelashes, a razor, and picked out an ankle bracelet. I found my fiancé in the store looking at socks. We both approached the register at the same time to pay for our things. We were greeted with dirty looks and emotionless stares. I smiled at the cashier and met eye contact with the manager that was standing right beside us. The manager (Donna) continued to stare at us and give us dirty looks as we both paid for our things spending a total of around $100.00. We finish our transaction and before leaving the manager opens her palm filled with (tags/trash) I’m honestly still unsure. I looked at her confused as she starts saying “thanks for leaving this and I should call the police.”I stared at her still completely confused. I said “ma’am I don’t understand what you’re talking about” she then stated laughing and rose her voice “oh yeah, sure, I saw you in the jewelry section and him looking at socks, you’re lucky I don’t call the police.”At this point, my face is red, customers and employees are staring at us all while I’m still trying to explain that I have never stolen anything in my life and paid for everything. She continued to raise her voice, threw her hands up. At this point I became angry and assured her I’d be making a phone call to corporate regarding this situation. She responded with “I’m the manager, good luck getting ahold of anyone.”Me and my fiancé proceeded to leave, in complete shock, confused, embarrassed, humiliated, and just disgusted. She continued to scream things at us as we were leaving out the door. My fiancé encouraged her to watch the cameras to prove our innocence further. I wasn’t able to make out what she said, but I’m quite sure she was screaming obscenities. I’m not sure if she was impaired because she seemed very paranoid and her behavior was so unprofessional and erratic.I was sure to make a phone call to corporate (which I was able to get ahold of somebody there, & they assured me that this problem will be addressed)Yet I’m still writing this review in shock. Me and my fiancé were completely humiliated, falsely accused, and treated terribly by Donna, store manager at CVS in Rockwell, NC. After being a loyal customer there for years I can’t say I feel comfortable or safe shopping there any longer. I write this also in hopes that nobody else enters this store as a honest, upstanding citizen and leaves feeling hurt and humiliated by Donna.**Update**My fiancé went back to ask if they reviewed the cameras and to get the managers name. (Donna)She was in the middle of reviewing the cameras apparently. He politely asked if she could finish reviewing them and come back and talk to him. She finished, came back up front and apologized to my fiancé for falsely accusing us stating “she thought, and that things get stolen all the time.”To me this is not a sincere or acceptable apology.We were screamed at, falsely accused, humiliated, based on “thoughts?”Please beware of the CVS in Rockwell and Donna the store manager.

The pharmacy department at this location are clueless. Do not plan on getting your prescription filled on the appropriate date, even after they confirmed it would be ready. Prescriptions that are of great importance have been filled days after they were eligible even after calling to remind them of the prescription. This has caused me personally to go days without having the medicine that is very much needed. Never told a reason why they are not filling it and giving a date to pick it up days after it has ran out.

This has to be one of the worst CVS stores in the area. The pharmacy is a joke. They eat food while filling prescriptions, the dates when prescriptions are promised are wrong - We've had numerous prescriptions either not filled or canceled. I thought it was the people here, but even the automated system does not fill or notify you correctly. This particular store also has bare shelves. About 1/3 of the store is always empty. If my company didn't force us to use CVS, I would switch in a heart beat. CVS, clean up your act please! Train your staff, get them a proper place to eat or take a break to eat.

The pharmacist (Corey Elden) said they didn't have the prescription for my daughter so I called the doctor's office back and the RN said it was confirmed at 7:09pm that they DID receive it. The RN asked to speak with this pharmacist and the pharmacist was EXTREMELY rude to the RN trying to help me get my sick daughter's prescription. With that being said MY FAMILY WILL NEVER BE BACK IN CVS EVER AGAIN!!!!! They are clueless and rude! Get a new job if you hate yours that much!

Everytime in there, I talk to my grandma's friends named Jennifer Foy, Debi, Audrey, Caroline, Andi, and more... me and my grandpa goes there to get my grandma some food for work if she's hungry. And we pick her up at 10 PM and that's when the store closes. Sometimes, workers like grandma works late at night.
