Friendly and helpful staff when I visited today, purchased exterior paint, a flashlight, and some fasteners.Let me tell you, the fastener isle is great, check it out the next time you need something odd or quick before going to the big box store.Store was clean and organized during my visit as well.

Just went in to look around and see what they may have for a fire, wood and anything else that struck my eye. I love small business. The staff was very friendly and helpful !!! I got a maul axe and some stick matches but they had so much more. If your in need of hardware I suggest you stop by and give Ace an oppurtunity. Thanks guys and keep up the great service !!! I know ill be going back !!

Went to paint dept asked what color of their paint was comparable to a Sherwin William's color. The gentlemen started to check and then a guy approached him for help he left helping me and never returned. Saw him helping others so I just left.

A very rude experience. Went there to purchase fertilizer and had some questions. The one man didnt know anything about gardening and directed to someone else. He was busy having a conversation with someone so we looked around the store for a bit while we waited our turn. When he finally did get around to speaking to us he was rude and dismissive. He talked to us like we were dumb a**es. He went back to his conversation about baseball. We left without the fertilizer. We wont be back.

Staff always helpful. I visited before Christmas as they always have helpful little items that are great for adult stocking stuffers. Got a great deal on salt for use in icy weather. I also like that they stock a good supply of cleaners -the kind that work well but the grocery stores don't carry.

These people are down to earth. No b.s.. I needed parts for my well, they had one thing I needed, but told me where I could find those parts at a good price even at a competitors location. I was grateful for the tips and heads up on the availability of 20 gallon well tanks.

This is a small town hardware store located on the main street of Rockwell NC. This is usually my first stop before heading to one of the larger chain stores. They typically have what I'm looking for. Staff are very friendly and eager to help.

Very helpful employee, they waste no time offering assistance. Their online site said that what I was needing was in stock but the employee told me that what they claimed to be in stock was rarely ever in stock so I left empty handed.

We drive 35 miles from another town to do business with this store. We recently bought a Traeger bbq from the Ace store owner. He personally delivered it to our home and spent a half hour with me explaining how it works. Anytime we come to this Rockwell Ace Hardware we are greeted when we come in with a quick offer to provide assistance. Highly recommended. Try to get that kind of service at a Big Box store!!!
