Tried to call the pharmacy, was on hold for 13 minutes when someone picked up and said there was 1 caller ahead of me. More hold music and the incessant information about vaccines repeated over and over. Then it started ringing for an additional 5 minutes before thanking me for my call and asking me to participate in a survey about my call. I did the survey leaving bad marks and an angry recording. Tried calling again only hanging up after another 10 minutes on hold. I'm giving an additional star because the lady at the drive-thru window is awesome (from past visits). They need to address this issue and nobody has bothered to reach out to me about my experience, even though I contacted corporate. I will not be back.

Staff has just gotten completely lazy and unhelpful. This used to be my favorite store but I’ve taken to CVS lately. Like just today- a product doesn’t ring up. No one in the line, just me. Instead of walking back and checking the price, the cashier says oh I’m just not going to be able to sale it to you. That’s fine. CVS had the same item. This is after a previous catastrophe with their last cashier. The older lady that’s been there for a while is great and does her job. These new kids I’m over it. I can overpay for an item some where else too. You’re not the only one with a sky high mark up lol all you had going for you was customer service because the prices aren’t where it’s at.

I've now had 2 prescriptions called in, both were held up. No phone call, no text. Just didn't process until I had to come into the pharmacy and ask about them. The issue? "Your insurance allows more than your prescription." Are you kidding me? Then I had to wait nearly an hour. No respect for the customers' time.

terrible customer phone skills. shouldnt be dealing people at alltried to get a booster shot but i was told to get online and register for an appointment. i explained i was driving from a long distance please schedule me as i was in heavy traffic and i was told i could do it from my smart phone. They are just to lazy to help. No customer service. I figured getting a human on the phone would be helpful.... i gues the computer system is more competent than the employee.I will never darken that door again.!!!!

I usually don't have extremely high expectations when going into a Wal-greens, but a little competence is expected. While looking for the item I needed, I was trying to stay out of the way of the person stocking the area. It would have been nice if the person would have been decent and moved a few minutes while I was looking, but I do understand that work needs to get done. I take my stuff up to the counter, nobody there. The same person, who I am guessing must be the manager in charge, starts asking who is available. A couple of minutes later, someone does come to the counter.An item I selected showed that there was a $2 coupon. At first, there was some hesitancy in assisting, but finally there was some effort made to get the coupon. The manager (?) finally came and found the coupon, but it would not scan. Said manager was going to go 'look' at item on shelf. Being over the whole ordeal, I asked to please just let me check out.This in no way is a reflection of the cashier. She is a product of what is obviously very poor management.I am not a fan of CVS, but I guess I will try them out next time.

the worst place on earth to get your meds from. the head pharmacist as she calls herself seems to have a thinking and personable problem. all i have to say and is girl if you hate your job quit we don't want to hear your miserable voice or even interact with such negativity. def don't go to this one. i would suggest a different location or chain all together

Thank you Lisa for those returns. I was very allergic to them so I brought back the ones not open or used. I was shocked as she said right fast that yes, I cloud return them. It was several sanitizers but it did not add up too much but I sure was glad to get them out of my way. Again, thanks so much. I know some stores want the receipt but all I can show is all my statements with the total amount showing Walgreens was the merchant. 😁😁😁😁

Staff is great but Walgreens made a serious error in picking up Rite Aid as they are no where near the same. The outsourced call center and the voice automated menu is awful. What a mess. Walked in today and 10 people in front of me. THIS IS A CORPORATE MESS. I will be going elsewhere.

Something has changed at this walgreens but their service is suddenly horrible! The pharmacy staff is rude and in hurry to help. Drive through used to be very quick, now it's always at least a 15 minute wait.

This Walgreens is the absolute worst! They never have my sons medicine on time, and it's always an issues picking it up. They also gave up a needle with the last pick up instead of a syringe.

Generally good with prescriptions. And always good customer service. Stopped by today and the lady behind the counter reminded me that I had Walgreens points and this saved me $3.

The people in the pharmacy are rude and don’t act like they want to be there!!! They also treat you like you a drug addicted person if you have allergy problems and need medicine!!!!
