Working with the public is no easy task. Many times people are frustrated with issues and call to express their concerns. Customers can be mean and take it out on the very person who is trying to assist them. Well, what I did was continually call the Manager Greg nearly every hour disturbing him from his daily tasks, asking if an issue was handled. It took nearly a day. All the times I called Greg, he stayed humbled and sweet to me, even though I know I was probably getting on his nerve. Speaking with him each time was a pleasure and I always told him that I apologize for disturbing him. Thank you Manager Greg for all you do for the service of your customers.

Has to be the worst ran Walgreens or establishment around. They call the police on the elderly just because they got upset and frustrated when their prescription wasn't ready. It was called in Tuesday for pick up on Wednesday. Wasn't ready Wednesday or Thursday.

I was at an 8 on a 0-10 scale for mental health until visiting the pharmacy today. My license was stolen so I'm not able to pick up my scripts myself. The clerk would not allow my mom to pick up my script because she has an out of state REAL ID and the pharmacy's policy is out of state people must have a driver's license in order to pick up narcotics. Now I'm pushing a 9 due to feeling absolutely helpless and hopeless I will receive my medication. I'm on my third mental breakdown for the day, but it's okay with Walgreens as long as they can keep people from getting to fill their medication even if the person picking up my prescription has a valid government ID, my date of birth and my debit card. Okay then.

Had to get my moms medicine, so I went through drive through, was told to drive back around. Mom went in and turns out they had lost her medicine. Waited over an hour. Only good thing about my last experience was the associates was very polite and so friendly.

I was to pick up meds for a surgery 6 total, one was left out. I called to get the last that was left out and was stating I did not pay for it as to say I wasn’t complaining that I had paid giving details to my receipt. I was met with a terrible attitude and a smart remark “I am very aware of how my system works” seconds later she states “I don’t know why this was left out”. Seems you aren’t as knowledgeable of your system after all. I will be switching pharmacies after picking up this prescription. I am done with the terrible customer service here. I was already wronged and I stated if an apology I was met with rude comments.

Dont understand why anyone would trust a pharmacy to handle testing or vaccines over a health care provider. They're advertising is false. My test took 90 hours. My husband tested the same day and his test has been lost. It was never received at lab. If this happens in health care, someone would be in trouble.

I love this Walgreens, the people who work here are so sweet and kind. They will help you anyway they can. Not the Aberdeen store, they don't care about you. Come to the Rockingham store..

They lie and are always out of medication....I wouldnt reccomend them to anybody
