I haven't been at Tractor Supply Rockingham in a long time, and today 11/4 was the day. I was pleased with the selection of items, dog food, Christmas decorations, and Christmas gifts. The customer service was great, by the way. Thank you!!!

Why didn't any of my friend girls tell me this was the spot? I initially went in looking for a jacket for my rugged hard working husband. Well what in tarnation. The fellas in this establishment start their day early! I was there when they opened and they're was an actual line of strapping men waiting to go in. I am perplexed to say the least because I only know of the one "big" expensive brand of men's work attire. (Prices for that mess are outrageous). Seeing my troubled demeanor, a gentleman of nearly 6 1/2 feet tall saunters up to me and says, Lil lady, yuh look lost. I said Mister, pray tell, which jacket would a 47 year old home builder prefer? He proceeded to school me on a particular other (much better!!) brand and even let me measure his arms!!! Y'all, this man did not even work there. I thanked him kindly for his service. I tell you what, I looked and he didn't have a wedding ring on so I promptly advised my single cohort to consider parlaying through the Tractor Supply. I went to buy the jacket and lo and behold it was on sale!! My husband loves that jacket! Overall, top tier experience.

It a great place for pet supplies and you can take your pet in store for grooming. On Sundays they have a vet there for check ups, vaccinations.

These people are so very helpful looking for pet bedding was helped right away. Very friendly. Ended up finding sales today bought 3 pair car hart shorts they were a great price. This store has all your farm and pet supplies. I love shopping there. Always find what I'm looking for.

Lady at the front was nice when I visited today. It can be hit or miss at this store. There have been times they were nice and helpful other times not so much. Guess that's why I keep going. I'm addicted to the suspense of not knowing what the next visit will bring!

I had been driving an hour to get my animals feed. I had not had luck getting fresh feed at my local TS. I decided to try TS in Rockingham N.C. I was immediately helped by a friendly man named Bill. He took me right to the Nutrena Safe Choice, and loaded it onto my cart. He also offered to send someone out to help me load onto my vehicle. The grain was fresh, and not past date. I will definitely be driving the half hour for the quality feed and the friendly service. Thanks Bill you were awesome

By far hands down best service in the area! Pleasant friendly people that will go above and beyond for you when the need arises. You do not find this kind of service anymore so it pleases me to write this review for them. Jacob has always done everything he can to help in any given situation and again go above and beyond the best customer service standards. If you need it but can't find it Jacob will do everything in his power to find it for you and keep you updated the entire time.Please keep it up guys there are many people out there that still appreciate it.

Staff greeted when entered & gave directions to query. New store well laid out. Found things in sensible layout. Some pets with owners who were well behaved as were their pets 😉. Overall a good experience.

The staff is not helpful at all, they will not volunteer to help. I approached two different clerks, they both said they would get someone, but never did. This is the third time that I have been in the same tractor supply and had the same experience.

This place was just perfect for me . was looking for a dog house,a large one, but as I looked around ,I felt I needed everything they had. I would love to spend a few days just looking around. I believe it's the store that can feel most if not all your needs..

Ordered a generator online for curbside pickup so disabled wife could get it while I was at work. Woman comes out by herself; wife paid another customer so she and the employee could get it in the SUV, employee still ended up dropping her load and generator fell back on the cart.Who runs this store that lets this happen!

Tried to purchase riding mower parts. All staff were very unhelpful in helping. Would only point down aisle say" what you need is down there". After clearly stating. " I need help" to only be repeatedly told down there. " You can bring it back". Well purchased wrong parts and wont be back. Understand if they were busy but they just chose to not.But he wasnt busy. Update. Following day went back in to return items. They have a nice new cashier . she friendly .. Too bad it didnt rub off on the grumpy young dude.

My daughter had a great experience yesterday whenever she visited, she has a new pup that was found abandoned and the staff was very very helpful to her and I just wanted to thank y'all so much for being so kind to her, she called me as soon as she left to let me know how helpful everyone was!

Very rude customer service. Kelly the assistant manager constantly has aggressive behavior. Was sent to another associate for help. Steve who proceeded to tell me it's not their job to place items on the shelf in the correct location so you will know the price. Very unprofessional!!!!

The staff is great! I buy all fur babies essentials! Food, shots, bones, treats, medical aids, training aids, home and garden decor. I love that they offer the Saturday vet program, they offer many services, I love that some locations also have the dog wash area for 10$ you get to use provided equipment, shampoo, towels, grooming supplies, hair dryers! I have 3 large 60 plus pound babies, it's hard to wash them all at home and tractor supply makes it easier, and tractor supply enjoys your animals shopping with you!

This was a HORRIBLE experience. We arrived at 10 till 6 PM on Monday. Yes, we understand that it was Memorial Day and some businesses like to close early. However, when we arrived and started for the door, a store clerk was letting a couple and their dog out and locking the door behind them. My husband needed to exchange a pair of work boots he had purchased less than a month ago that are already unthreatening at the seams. There wasnt any signage on the store to indicate an early close and the "open sign" indicated open until 9 PM. My husband called the store asking to just exchange the boots. This phone call took the manager the whole 10 minutes to say, "no, our systems are already shut down." My husband was UPSET he works 16 to 18 hours a day 6 days a week. We thought the manager would be a little more understanding, but obviously not. So, we asked for the corporate number and my husband headed to the front of the store to take pictures showing no early closing signage. The REAL KICKER is that a whole group of customers were let out of the store while he was taking pictures. Soooooo much for the shut down systems the manager claimed. What a shame!!!! We dont recommend visiting this particular Tractor Supply.

Typical Tractor Supply. Great staff. Good selection of fencing. This location also had baked straw and hay. It is located off the main highway. I would definitely recommend this location.

In our store I wash my dog and the facilities was awful it stunk it was dirty I had to ask two other times for a towel there's no products to wash your dog gets it for very cheap generic products it was as if it had not been cleaned in a couple of days which I don't understand because of the sylheti except where it's easy to clean it looks like ever all the rest of the store is really good it's slacked off somewhat but I still go LOL

Purchased Simmons pressure washer in July and it will not crank as of Oct 1. They are of ZERO assistance and I followed all of manufacturers recommendations. Less than 20 hours on machine.

Loving the Pet Wash Station! They provide everything from shampoo to towels to brushes. They even provide a rubber apron for you!
