I liked going there but after tonight's visit I highly doubt I'll go back I rather make the drive to aberdeen for good customer service. Lady in charge of the fitting rooms I guess she was mad at the previous customer for not taking the clothes and leaving it on the rack DESIGNED to put clothes you don't want. I had just got there to try stuff on and she immediately said it was closed (very rude) while yelling that she was mad. If you work with the public, in a clothing store, and your assigned the fitting room. Why are you mad at the public? Maybe find another job honestly.

I went shopping there to check out the new store. I was really disappointed due to my first experience. When I first walked in it smelled like rotten meat. My brother was with me shopping. He asked the cashier who was checking us out if he could get someone to let him in the bathroom. My brother is very hard of hearing. Apparently before my brother asked, another cashier had taken another customer to the back to the bathroom. The cashier asked him "You didn't hear her say that she was taking another customer to the back to use the bathroom". She basically talked to him like a child. She kept on even after the lady took him to the back. She was talking out loud saying "He had to wait until she got back? Why didn't he listen"! She was an older black lady. I don't know what her name is. I will not be going back. I was so upset that she treated him this way. I will not support a store that treats people like this.

Every time we visited the store Michelle greeted us with a warm welcome and was very knowledgeable and helpful to ensure we had excellent customer service

The store is brand new and it's growing. My recent visit was very satisfactory especially due to the cashier. She was the only one ringing doing returns and handling the front area but she was very gracious friendly and memorable. I will return!

Awkward layout, with the checkout line running thru the walkway. Men’s section is 1/3 of most Ross stores.
