Went shopping there yesterday after shopping at belks. Was followed through the store by an employee the entire time I was there. Never once did I uncross my arms with the bag. There was three other people in the store that had bags, but I was the only one to be followed. When I approached the issue, was told that what she was doing was not the issue anymore. Refused to give me her name, and proceeded to point her finger and talk down to me. Talk the the manager and he could care less. I walked out to my car and called corporate right then and there. There is a pending complaint already filed against the lady by someone else.If you want to shop where, leave all bags in your car, and be prepared to be followed and then told that you “look like you are going to steal”

Came here yesterday and wasn't satisfied at all. Now I've been coming to this location since I was a little girl. At that time it was Maxway. My friend and I came here yesterday shopping having a good time. There was a worker there by the name of Cory her name is on my receipt. She does her fair share of racial profiling. My friend and I were the only African Americans in the store at the time. Every time we turned around there she was staring and I know it was to see if we were going to steal something. I've been shopping here longer than her tail has had her job. I'm telling you it was so obvious it was ridiculous. Her and the other ladies were also staring down a Hispanic family outside looking at the items outside. Paying no attention to the Caucasian customers inside. Only my friend and the Hispanic family outside and myself. I saw four ladies in there yesterday. There was a young girl with long brown hair actually working. While Cory and the other two older ladies were too busy staring down customers. We're supposed to feel welcomed and at peace to shop. Cory definitely ruined that experience and will cost the store money. People are not going to shop where they feel don't welcome. And she needs a reality check. I am not considered someone who steals by the color of my skin. And I want to be able to shop without looking over my shoulder and seeing her move around to different locations where we are staring us down. I will take my money elsewhere. Advice to the management please find professional workers and leave the amateurs where they are.

The store was a little cluttered and hot but I found everything I needed. Young lady at checkout was not friendly at all. Barely looked up and never spoke to us. I'm kinda neutral with the stars.

I love shopping at Rose's. Good quality at great prices. Friendly associates.
