I've taken my cat several places in the past, and when I pick him up he has been stressed out beyond belief. We took our cat here and it's like we never left he was not stressed and adapted well when we brought him home. These are the kindest whole hearted people you will ever meet. I definitely recommend leaving your pets here. If I could give 100 stars I would. I promise they will treat your pets like their own.

Our kitty stays here every time we go on vacation. And I wouldn’t trust any other boarder in Rockingham area. They make you feel very comfortable leaving your furry family member there and they even offer grooming services also.

I have no idea what happened to my dog during his grooming there. He'd been professionally groomed on a regular basis for 8 years in our previous town and there never appeared to be a problem of any kind afterward. When I returned for my dog, he wasn't ready and I was told to wait outside in the heat. After a few minutes, a man I'd never seen before brought my dog out to me and quickly walked away. My dog appeared to be in shock! Luckily I wasn't driving, my husband was. I tried to access my dog's condition during the drive home and it was clear that his behavior wasn't normal. We took him to the vet for an exam. No visible marks were noted but the vet did confirm the dog had been traumatized in some way...just to not return to that particular groomer. We never did!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. As I arrived to retrieve my dog, I noticed another dogs snout was wrapped in what appeared to be hay string. Not an approved muzzle. When I arrived home I also noticed that my dog had a gash on her snout as im sure the dog that was tied up had as well. At first I thought the gash was from the clippers, still disturbing that anyone would shave that hard on anyone or anything. I soon came to realize that the gash was in the hair that wasn't touched, leading me to believe that not only mine or the dog that I witnessed being tied, but everyone's dog receives the same treatment. Also I will add, they gave one price over the phone and upon arrival the price jumped $15. Hard to dispute once the dog is their possession.
