Lack of customer service line was 11 people long while one cashier was at a register...I kindly put my things back and left.....BUT THEY ARE NEVER HIRING

Good selection. Great staff, anytime I have interacted with store employees, they have all been polite, and taken steps to resolve any issue I had. One thing about all Ollies stores, if you see it, and want it, font wait, get it now, because odds are it will be gone by your next visit.

The store is always clean, and I always save a ton of money here! I LOVE Ollie's!*Bonus note: I've heard (and told) horror stories about outlet and discount stores... the quality of products being sub-par, price tags being inaccurate, etc... This is the only Ollie's I've ever visited, but it is the opposite of the horror stories I've heard about other stores.

Found me a nice deep fryer cheaper than the price they was originally asking for it have not tried it out yet and plus it was in my budget bracket but it was worth my money I think it'll Friday thanks ollies!!!!

When I visited last time the store was in pretty good shape. Sometimes products are just everywhere. I think they need to have staff putting things in their place. (YES I realize the customers are not doing that.) Great place for bargains.

So I went there today my first visit.I asked a gentleman where the rugs were he said we don’t have rugs . So i decided first time here I’ll walk around see what they have and I found rugs carpet everything I needed so I walked back up front asked Manager named holly if I could get some help with the rugs and carpet and told her they need to let the people know that work there they carry rugs and carpet and should train her employees to let customers know and very sarcastically she says to me have you never been here before and I told her I didn’t matter if I had been there before so I walked to the back and a gentleman named micheal was very professional and he helped me and loaded it in my vehicle maybe holly should get training from Micheal on how to treat customers normally I would have just left and never returned I wonder how many other customers have just left and didn’t return because of holly

First, the low prices are incredible! Second, the quality is great. And third, the people are amazing! You'd think that because it is an outlet and the prices are so good, they wouldn't care that much about customer service, but you'd be wrong. I didn't even have to ask for assistance, they asked me! I bought floor covering and they answered all of my questions and assisted me in picking out the right product for my needs. They even asked me questions so they could assist me better. And on top of that, they went and got me a cart, loaded it on the cart, pushed it to the register, and loaded it on my truck...without me even asking!!! What service!!! And the man who rung me up couldn't have been more pleasant. This, in contrast to my experience at Lowe's, was a wonderful shopping experience! I will buy all of my home improvements at Ollie's!!

Went in looking for portable folding table for an event were having. At the door a super nice employee helped us and walked us all the way to where the tables were. He was so helpful and pleasant. We were impressed! It had been a long day w work and this employee helped is get in and out with just what we were looking for and we paid 50% less than W*****t! 🙌🙌🙌

You can find some really good deals here. Now as far as if you're needing some help with locating different things in the store good luck. They are very friendly and helpful when you can find one, and I thoroughly enjoy shopping here.

I love digging for a good deal. I also love the possibility of finding an oddity cheaply priced. Usually the associates are helpful and always friendly. I get the impression they have seen things they can not unsee. That's the danger of working at a place that offers a little bit of everything - you attract ALL walks if life. However that's also appealing if you like a story to go along with your shopping experience.

Oh yeah as a New Yorker I love a good bargain and I went here not once but twice I got a drone I got my toothbrushes set I was able to get one for my son as well and all at a very discounted price I bought a few things for my mom got a ninja it was just really good I spent a good long time in that store and at the end I bought a pair of compression socks so I was definitely be returning there that was fun that was bargain hunting sparked a little bit of shopping energy into me
