I’ve been to this particular Lowe’s twice in a week for mulch. Not either time was I helped after asking for assistance. The employees here act like you’re bothering them when you need help with something. So,I got my child out of the buggy and loaded the mulch myself and checked myself out at SELF CHECKOUT. This could have been a lot easier if someone actually worked while at work!

Called yesterday to see if they had any styrofoam coolers because my fridge went out. Sat on hold for 20 mins, and when it would ring back to customer service they would pick up and place me back on hold. Decided to drive up while on hold, and watched them pick up and place back on hold. This is not the first time this has happened with the girls up front. Found out that Walmart had them, and then also canceled the order for my new fridge. Went with a local company that did everything under and hour. Very disappointed, been shopping at this Lowe’s for 2 years now. Also hold a cc with them and a Business account. After yesterday, I will Canceling my card and my account and will make the drive to southern pines for Home Depot

Very clean , organized, great job. However, bring the price down on everything people are neglected already don't do this to them they need support, supplies and love. There is no money. We are all struggling, and God/spirits don't know money. You can't die with you wealth, so help each other out, pay your employees, and give back to the beautiful communities that sometimes are forgotten.

I've dealt with Lowe's stores for 30 years. All have been relatively positive experiences. One exception is the Rockingham NC store. I called on 4 occasions to speak with the manager or a member of management about the axis 500 UTV machine sitting on the sidewalk for 2 years. I have yet to speak with such a person. The girls who answers the phone will pretend they can't hear you and hang up. Or they'll simply just hang up. They know there's no repercussions for being just plain rude and hateful because Lowe's can't find help. This store absolutely needs to hire a competent manager. No joke

Lowe's is like a second home for me. Whenever I need supplies I take a drive down to the store and always find what I need. They have good prices and helpful staff to help assist you.

Management is setting this associate, Justin, in Appliances department up for failure. My wife and I went there yesterday and today the guy couldn't get anyone back to help him or others trying to get or order an appliance.

Rudest, unfriendliest with workers standing around on their phones! when you walk by they specifically look in another direction so they don’t make eye Contact with you. I walked up to one and asked if I could get some help. She said “What!” , then turned her back to me continued stocking the shelves as I was speaking and then walked off before I was even finished talking without saying a word. I wish there was a Home Depot closer because this place sucks.

I'm normally not a Lowe's type of guy, but I was truly surprised when I found pet supplies and an appeal section in the Lowe's. I had good service when I was there. I asked a couple of questions and found what I needed.

We bought all of the remaining stock of certain tile from our local Lowe’s. There should have been more than enough to finish our shower stall. As our contractor opened our last two boxes of tile, every single remaining tile had been broken!We were able to find a small remaining stash at the Rockingham store. I called the store completely panicked! Dwayne from flooring was incredible! He hunted down the tiles, inspected all of them to make sure none were broken or scratched… AND followed up to make sure all is well!He is a true gem and he totally saved my bathroom remodel! If this is your store, and you have flooring/tile needs, then you should definitely go find Dwayne!

Alicia that works in the Tools Department is the best Lowe's Associate that I have ever encountered. She's knowledgeable, attentive, and always greets her customers with a smile. I shop at Lowe’s on a regular basis. But my experience yesterday was different. I am looking for something and I a see a man that looks busy but when I ask him if he can help me, he was more that happy to. Micheal was beyond helpful. If I could rate a 15 I would. He also educated me on the different paints. I was most appreciative. There should be more employees like him.

I had the best experience in the Rockingham. I have lived here for over 20 years and my experience yesterday was the best. We needed a new washer and dryer. When we entered the department we were immediately greeted by Eric. He offered to help us. Then while we were looking, Skee asked if we needed help. Both of the gentlemen were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and did EVERYTHING with a smile. If you ever need help in the appliance department I hope Eric or Skee is there to help

6/13/23 Update: Lowes corp reached out and resolved the issue. Thanks Lowes! Hopefully they fired the manager Greg at the Rockingham store!I had to make 2 trips of 122 miles to meet thier appliance delivery people because they came 30 minutes before the scheduled time. I called Lowes Corp and was promised they would give me some money back for the trouble once the appliance was delivered. After the 48 hour return window closed they called and said they couldn't give me any money back. I even spoke with the store manager and he said since no one promised you that in writing were not giving you anything and we asked the delivery company to promise not to do anything for you either. How slimey can you be!!

Lowes is our only building supplier in town, so we have no other choices. It's pretty much ok, wish they wouldn't have got rid of thr red help buttons as it's frustrated to have to go hunt down an employee for help. But I have to say the last 2 times I've needed help, both people were not familiar with the area I needed help but they put forth the effort to help me and that was nice. I don't like hearing someone say, oh that's not my area, how about say, I will see if I can help or find someone who can? Makes all the difference in the world. Most of the people working here are friendly and helpful. I wish they would put prices back on the sheets of wood though.

Found what we needed easily. Staff wished us a good day as we were leaving. My only complaint is that the only registers open were self-checkouts. While it's fine as an option, I prefer to pay cash and that's not possible with the self-checkouts.

I like shopping Lowe's they honor my military discount, thank you. I do a lot of home repairs and they have everything you need. If not they try to get your needs filled at another location. Their on line store offers more at even more affordable rates. They also appreciate your business.
