I like this Food Lion because it is clean and employees are nice to me plus Grocery Pickup and the closest one to me. I always check the circular on Wednesday and check the MVP sales online to see whatz up. Most of the time I can beat Walmart and Food King 🤓. I like other food lion stores but I don't go out of my way unless I have other errands close by and like to look around too! More later 🍗🍕🥓🥦🌽🍉

The store is very clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Overall I was pleased with the flow of the store making my trip quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this store and would say hands down the best Food Lion in Rockingham.

Nice and clean store. Well lit and easy to find what you're looking for. Friendliness depends on the employee.. only person that acknowledged me was the cashier and she stared down the whole time. Another worker had headphones in straightening shelves and kept on stocking when I asked a question. But at the end of the day you're not paying for customer service I guess.

Food Lion is a nice store. Their produce section is very small but I guess I’m comparing it to New York. So I guess I shouldn’t compare. Their prices are decent. Meats are pretty good in price. Friendly cashiers all the times I’ve gone.

It's Rockingham, that's about all I can say about this. The cashier was the oddest human I have ever encountered. The staff was more involved with phones and personal concerns than any costumer. 25 dollar package of steak was thrown away because when we got to the race track to cook it smelled like bleach so strongly that it could be smelled by the people camping next to us.

This food loin always makes me feel welcome and they help me to my car if I need help. I am on oxygen 24/7 and here are times I just can't pick up my water. They will load up my stuff . The managers are great there to.

Since there are not many options for groceries in this area, I go to Food Lion as it is the closest to me. I learned a while back that I needed to make sure to check the expiration dates. And also make sure that the chicken is not thrown in the same bag as my grapes and/or bread.Today was one of the worst experiences here, though. Even above when I had a cashier drop a drink and it sprayed all over me and instead of offering me a napkin, she cleaned up the register/belt and I had to ask for something to get the dripping mess off of me and my grocery bags.When the manager is standing by the plastic bins (which were full, as alway) smoking a cigarette with another associate while you stand there waiting for them to move only to have him say, "looks like it's full," I do not have high expectations for any of the associates working for him.This is after having to move a cart to look for something during which the same manager walked down the aisle and did not correct this situation.We pay too much for groceries for this kind of experience.

I love this Food Lion! They have just the right organic produce, gluten free foods, antibiotic free meats and organic dairy products. They also carry zero grain dog food and tons of natural cleaning products.The recent upgrades made the store more modern and the staff are so friendly!

My Food Lion is exceptionally clean, the people who work there are polite, clean in apperance, and go out of their way to be helpful, they even help unload my cart at the check out counter when I'm juggling items with both hands! Jessica who is usually on a register has gone out of her way for me on more than one occasion. Meats are beautiful, produce presented attractively and always fresh. I love that competitive store coupons are accepted and that every once in awhile I receive a fold over of coupons, some free offers, for store offerings addressed to my family. No other market does this for me. I've never been to any other supermarket where the service and the employees offered such friendly service. In my house when I say "I'm going to the store", there isn't any question it's always Food Lion. Thank you for your clean stores, friendly employee standards, beautifully presented foods at fair prices for all incomes.

Used the store pickup and everything was just like I ordered online. The guy who was getting up my order kept me posted on the phone and let me know when to come and get my order.It was nice to get great friendly service.

Ordered a graduation cake from there. Connie (cake decorator) was great. So patient & helpful while I was making my order. Also, with a store coupon for $4.00 off graduation cakes, I bought my cake for $13.00 less than a comparable cake at Wal-Mart. Never dreamed that was possible! Guess I need to do more price checking

Love shopping at any Food Lion, the stores are clean, tidy, fresh, easy to find friendly n helpful employees and good prices. The one on Hwy 1 N, and the one on hwy 74 here in Rockingham, N.C. are the ones i go to, mostly the one on Hwy 1 N is where i feel safe and everyone speaks or knods as you pass.
