Like Scott Sessoms said, I went back to the firearms section and waited, not a soul came out to wait on me. They have surveillance cameras there. If I could rate this establishment, I would give them a negative ten stars. They missed out on about a $1,000.00 sale. I will gladly give my money to another place.

Friendly staff and you can always catch sales or get coupons on line. They have a nice clothing selection and golf equipment selection. They have guns and ammo priced reasonably I think and always some kinda sale Going on.

Horrible Sports Store! My friend and I went in to purchase new firearms and other things, and NOT ONE EMPLOYEE would help us. We asked for help twice and nothing. The employees were standing in the middle of the store talking. We stood back at the firearms for I know 30 minutes, and neither employee ever came back there. This is after walking all the way back to the front to ask for help. The cashier was snacking on candy and food and could care less if we needed help or not. Asked her for help, and she said "someone should be back there." You will never get another dime from me. I would rather drive all the way to Concord or Myrtle Beach to Bass Pro for some real customer service.

Great selection and competitive pricing. This is my opinion. Others have expressed issues with the price and said they would rather go elsewhere, head on but when you account for the fuel and other costs ya might as well stay local.

Don't have dot approved motor sport helmets. Also my sister and I had a very bad experience with this store. We will not ever go back there. They have lost two very important customers!!!!

All employees are nice. With the exception of one lady (I assume she's the manager), well she's not mean, but she could work on being more friendly. I have been in the store 3 times and asked this one lady a question and she kind of makes you feel that you are bothering her. A few months back, there was a younger manager, she was really nice and friendly (I haven't been in while she was working since).

I just lo e Dunham Sports. I have been getting my son's gaming supplies from them since he was 3 in buddy ball. Now he is 12 and plays basketball 🏀, baseball ⚾️, and football for Cheraw ,SC. We are dedicated to them they always have quality products with the best prices I have found anywhere. And the sweetest employees are always there to help you find exactly what you need.

They are very nice & love the clothes, but prices are high! I spent like 350$ just on 5 pair of shorts, 2 bras, 2 outfits for my boy, and like 3 shorts for my man! It's super high, but very nice stuff!

Absolutely insane! Went to buy a shotgun for my son and they told me they couldn't sell it to me because I was a Virginia resident but they could sell it to South Carolina, Georgia or Tennessee residents. I told them my father in law would purchase it since he was a NC resident. They actually told us no and said they wouldn't sell it to any of us. Horrible service. Obviously Dunhams doesn't need business and are in violation of the constitution! I'll never shop there again.

The store has a good selection but the people running the gun area are racists and very unprofessional they told me they where waiting on my background check and never even ran my information and I’m filling a lawsuit because they went against my constitutional right my 2nd amaendment

At over $3 a round for .308, they have some of the most outrageous ammunition prices I have ever seen. It's outright price gouging, and I would avoid these people like the plague.

Wrong price appeared on register and explain that the price was wrong. Cashier called three times to get a price check. My husband when and got the the boot and still no answer from the person that could change it. Finally someone call the cashier and we wait. By that time my husband walk out of the store. I paid for my item and left the store still no manger came. It a shame that the cashier had to wait to get help.

I try to buy things in my local area, but three times I went into the store and could get no help at the gun counter. The first two times I waited and nobody came to assist. I left and bought a rifle and scope at a store out of town. I needed another scope and decided to give this place another chance- mainly because it is on my way home from work. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes. Another customer was there also. He said he had been waiting for a while and nobody helped him. He was going to buy a handgun. Two employees walked by, looked at us and quickly ducked into the break room area. Both of us shook our heads and walked away. Two sales missed. Will never go back.

I was very surprised when I went to this store. My brother was looking for some archery equipment and found just what he was looking for. I did a little window shopping and have since returned to buy a pair of jeans. Yes they sell more than just sporting goods. Go figure!

I hate this place. Dont see how they have stayed in business this long. Way over price for their products. Then when they send coupons in the mail, it's really hard to use them due to all the restrictions on them. The only time I come here is to walk around and kill time. I dont buy from here mainly due to the price. The last two times that I was here I was wanting to look at womthjng in the gun section, but there is never any staff back there.

Purchased a trampoline a few days before black friday. I was told there would be a 30 day price match guarantee. My husband went today and was told there was nothing they could do. The counter girl said it had to be on the day of. The manager came over and was extremely rude to him. Said she would not loose her job. The website specifically states that we have 30 days to match. Attempting to contact corporate because the customer service was terrible and the manager told me in person that I had 30 days but then backtracked. They have lost my business.

Good selection of sporting goods and clothing. The prices were not so great. I was able to find the items that I was looking for at better prices in another store. There didn't seem to be a lot of staff during my visit. Parking is plentiful and very easy.

Attempted to pick up a gun I had on layaway. The girl at the cub counter insisted my from Washington written in cursive when it was printed. I fixed the form and she stated “see that is perfect it’s print. This is cursive.” Referring to the other printed name. I said “no it’s all print but it doesn’t matter I fixed it.” The employee the. Stated “I don’t have to sell you a gun today either with that attitude.” I will go back to speak with a manger about something so little loosing a $300 sale. Not sure I’ll be returning to this Dunham’s with my business.

We went in looking for an advertised deal on weights. The website said they were in stock. Called and they said they were in stock. When we got there they weren't in stock as a set. They had part of it in a display. They wouldn't sell us just the weights because it didnt have a price tag on it and couldn't figure out how to take the display and make it work. It seemed they didnt know what they were doing. Then told us to drive 60 miles to check another Dunhams. Disappointing service and disappointing to advertise a deal that we followed up on and then basically have people shrug shoulders at us when we get there.
