Very busy, but there’s a reason why!! They offer a great service, fresh hot chicken strips and of course if you want ice cream they got you covered. At least when I was there, the young lady that took my order, was professional, accurate, and kept her work area clean. Bathrooms are clean as well. Great job everybody!!!

Extremely good dairy queen! The food is extremely tasty and the ice cream is quite good as well. I highly recommend the chili cheese hot dog and their milkshakes. If you're looking for a quick bite and some good ice cream, this is a great option!

I took my granddaughter, Addison after school for a blizzard. The dining room is closed so drive thru only which was busy but moving quickly. Everything was good service as well as our blizzards. I would recommend the Rockingham location (that's where we went) over the Hamlet one my last experience in Hamlet was not good is haven't been back. The chicken and fry basket was a joke seriously. It was horrible tasting it couldn't eat it but they were advertising a basket full of fries but didn't give u a small it was extra small same with chicken. The guy at window was rude and not attentive as I clearly orded fried chicken and was given baked or whatever it was it wasn't fried. He was slow we waited (my husband and i) about 15 minutes we were 3rd car in line). It was bad start to finish. That was a few months ago things mane different now.

We didn't realize before stopping here that there are no burgers at this dairy queen. But the food we ordered was good. We didn't get all of our order though and didn't realize until we were a little ways down the road and didn't want to go back.

Please bring back butterscotch. That is the only thing I cared for. Bad decision!!!! It’s not always about the money. Yes I get only a cone but my wife, and kids, and who ever else I bring at the time get all the other stuff. I’m a simple man, that love my butterscotch dipped cone.

Our first time eating here and it will be our last! The burger and fries I got were cold and chewy. My wife’s chilli cheese dog had no cheese, way too much chilli and the hot dog was a shade of green! This place is DISGUSTING.

First time I think they ever flipped my cup and served me the blizzard upside down. I thought it was pretty cool but I guess I was told that's the way they are supposed to serve it. Maybe I never noticed it but either way its clean and people were nice. Also I had a ice cream cake here for a birthday and they girl who wrote on the cake did a fantastic job. Thanks again.

Always a nice place to get a sweet treat. The store is always super clean and the staff are top notch in customer service. They always have a great variety to choose from for the whole family. Shakes, blizzards, sloshes, iced coffees, cones dipped or not, food , and of course the famous ice cream cakes. This place will always be special to ke and anyone in the area should stop by and grab something sweet to eat or some hot food. They also have monthly blizzards that swap out flavors.

Great customer service and very respectful but the chicken strip box at this location needs some work. The gravy is just water with white paint pretty much if this is how this city has been eating there gravy then ya'll are truly missing out on what Dq's signature gravy taste like. Please do better with the gravy and toast the bread a tad bit longer. Again the employees were awesome but the cooking needs some retraining.

As a DQ aficionado, I stop at any DQ I see in my travels! That being said, I have probably visited 25+ DQ's on the eastern seaboard and I'm going to rank this DQ as my #1 destination based on quality, taste, and customer service I have received in the 3 visits I've made here over the past 4 years! Getting lucky is visiting an establishment once and having all 3 of those qualifications collide in your experience, doing it on 3 different occasions during 3 different visits, and you earn repeat business! I'm not gonna say it's a great visit 9/12/21 on my 3rd visit to this DQ, I'm gonna rank it as a phenomenal visit! Wow...if every establishment were ran this way then we would not need a ratings system to tell us who doing their jobs and who are not! Small business nothing fancy but the building doesn't make this place, the employees whom care enough to give their customers an outstanding product out the door every order at a time! The ice cream here was and is to this day the most freshest ice cream that DQ can produce second best I've ever eaten is in Havelock, NC near the Marine Corp base at Cherry Point! To DQ management of this property, your employees that worked this past Sunday 9/12/21 around 1pm, please let them know that their customer service was exemplary on this day and the product in which they put out the door is DQ Standard and was incredible!

Excellent customer service. Great food. Only drive thru open due to COVID-19. I was pulling a trailer and could not go through the drive thru lane. The staff recognized my dilemma and came outside to take my order and bring the food back out.
